This was another great day riding at the beach although you may think differently with everything that happened. No broken ankles, no pedestrians struck, no tickets and no major breakdowns.

I’ve slapped the ground at 30mph twice, instinct from bicycle riding except 30mph isn’t biking.

That had to be one hot mfer in all that gear on them tooted up scooters.

It was about perfect that day. In the upper 70s. I've rode around the beach in gear when it's 90+ many times. You get used to it. The people without gear think you're crazy, but they probably haven't crashed as much as I have.

I wear my gear every time I go out. Scooter or motorcycle. I’m highly allergic to asphalt.

Does suspension placed in the middle eliminate the auto wheely thing

Centered left to right, doubt it. If you mean moving the shock more central front to back, possibly. My scoot is tall and I'm heavy so the center of gravity is really high. I think that makes it wheelie easier than it should. The MetRuck is stretched and low and it doesn't want to pick the front up but it has traction issues.

I think i will figure it out, the peugeot jetforce has it centered it looks pretty unique. The older model even had direct injection, but it can't make as much rpm as the carb version. Im currently working on my own but a fitting cilinder is hard to find. Anyway your videos are very helpfull. I've learned alot about the transmission and how to finetune it.

Maybe that cop should think about actually fighting crime and not worrying about how many CCs a bike has....just an idea.

The cop was cool IMO. Gotta remember that he is put on assignment for Bikefest. Most likely to focus on traffic. I doubt that he can tell his superiors that he feels like busting drug dealers today instead. They will tow people for vehicle inspection issues and/or traffic violations during some of the motor events because the town wants to discourage things and it can wind up costing over $1,000 for tow and impound fees aside from whatever the issue is... so being polite and honest with us without a hassle was much appreciated. Also, cars and motorcycles will drive around in the bus lane to save time. Usually that means they slow the scooters and buses down and block what is also supposed to be a turn lane.

Lol, I'd love to have cops like him here. If you were to drive a scoot like those two here you'd never see it again and get take a few years of vacation from driving anything on public roads. under 49cc? Yup sure! (per wheel that is)
