When you're attaching the Planet.cs script to the planets at 38:31, instead of clicking attach script which results in Visual Studio opening up every time, you can alternatively drag Planet.cs from your FileSystem resources tree (bottom left docked window) onto the planet's StaticBody3D in the SceneTree docked window. This is quicker and will prevent Visual Studio opening each time :)

You could just scale it down yeah but it might become unplayable from lag, something like that might be best done in C++ using gdextension, and with a lot more optimization

Here's an idea to improve the tank cleaning minigame, how about as well as having to try and clean the tank as fast as possible there are also certain patches around the tank that will take longer to clean as the algea is more tough and you could enlist the help of some Plecostomus fish as they're one of the most common fish that can aid in algae cleanup. This would maybe make the minigame a little harder to complete within a set or fast enough time but also potentially make it more fun by adding helpers that you can maybe buy with money or unlock somehow!

An honest question, Couldn't have they put the Pocket Dimension inside the Sun? I'm guessing that there isn't much inside it and the Pocket Dimension is around the size of the Sun, and if it was too big maybe expand a little bit the Sun?

i now know why the player is slippery and it is because when idle, the player sticks to the planet

You can also get a ticket (see spoiler) and use search to find scrolls with the word and it's kinda funny how this mod fools you a lot. You need to get ticket after ticket at the entrance until something happens.

My comment got either snatched by KZread automatically or by you because of my pastebin code which is understandable and I didn't think about that until after I had posted it, but I fixed the UV problem, I was just passing _gridWidth twice in TextureAtlasSize by accident. Still having trouble with the noise texture, but I'll keep trying to figure it out.

Oh! The copied chunks were sharing a collision and mesh shape for some reason, just resetting them in and reloading the Level scene fixed it I guess. I copied and pasted the chunks, not duplicating them like you said, but maybe that's still wrong idk. It's fixed now though.

Not sure where the comment got caught since I dont see it held for review, anyway glad you found the problem! Yeah copy-pasting does the same as duplicating so you really have to always instantiate a new scene. It's a bug with Godot that people seem to be working on but isnt fixed yet!

He stole the idea from a poor fella by the name of xenon-69 after he posted a beta-test (an admittedly, inferior version) of this game and got banned not even two minutes afterwards. Will I be wishlisting this game? Yes. Will I be happy about this? Probably also.

I will never understand how people will force cute little animals to spend their life encolsed in such tiny spaces. When I was just a child my dad would go on the occasional supply hunt and at the end of the week he'd show up with at least half a dozen live stray cats and let me tell you despite what people say cats do not enjoy living in bird cages and being fed nothing but oatmeal every day. I'd say the game does a good job of capturing this often overlooked issue.
