I'm interested in knowing if having an incompressible fluid filling the wing produces any changes in how the wing performs under the same test loads and flexing. Could the fuel load the internal structures and possibly separate the ribs from the skin?

Awesome project. How did your Sherwin Williams fill bond filler at the stabilizers work out after painting. Ever see any cracks yet? In marine use, we tend to apply g-flex from west system. I guess the stuff you used is much lighter.

Having multiple jigs and presets allows faster run times and less setup without having to dial in every time.

Hey guys I've been watching looking waiting for a first test flight and wondering where the videos where is when you get a complete this plane and what kind of price range are you looking on the market I can't see any new videos of you test flying the plane so I don't know when this thing is ready I mean I've got other things to do but I'm kind of wondering when I'm going to see a test flight of speed longevity

If this wasn't used as a mold and was skinned on a product would the nonstick side still have a close finished when heat cured?

If you ever run a real cnc machine you will be blown away by the difference, Tormach and Syil are toys. If you want cheap then a used high quality machine that is still supported is the best bang for the buck.

How would you cut carbon fiber for a custom heelcup (not symmetric)? I tried using tape but this would divide the fabric in too many pieces. Any suggestions?

Wanting to make carbon fiber intercooler pipes for my vehicle. Do I need to heat cure them? I don't have an oven big enough to accommodate them.

It's amazing how you can talk about pusher aircraft and never mention the most common designs - the Rutan line including the VariViggen, VarEze, the Long-EZ. Not to mention derivatives like the Beech Starship.

This project is such a delight to watch because these three brothers are incredibly talented in their respective areas of expertise and they cooperate with each other to produce what clearly looks to be a winner...contrast this with the Raptor Project which was a disaster from the start......night and day, as they say!

OK...more questions...How do you do quality control? That camera feature sounds like a start, but I am guessing you micrometer a lot of stuff. Is it the engineers or do you have a second set of eyes that develop their own processes for QA? Could the camera be used part of QA and used with AI to ensure quality?

I personally would like to hear more about the authoring software you use. Does it still use M-Code and G-Code? Are you using ACAD or the software that comes with the system? It is really a nice looking setup. Specs about fluid wash/lube, etc. would be good. I guess I could look it up. You might want to get into race cars as well instead of just planes. Then eventually, you can build (me) a boat. ;). To get more into it, some cutters require a "cut in" path on every pattern due to devices like plasma cutters needing a hot start and then cut process.

Need a trunnion table And a pair of lathe spindles at each end and a way to get them changed with the table kind of like a pallet changer with different functions

Definitely an upgrade for Tormach. Very impressed with your resourcefulness and ability to produce high quality assembly components with a simple style VMC. As Dark Aero grows and progresses, a few 5 axis machines from perhaps the large names (DMG Mori / Mazak / Matsuura) will increase your capabilities further. Keep it up.
