The two ME fragrances that I reach for Summer are Swiss Arabian Shaghaf in the clear bottle. I ordered Shaghaf Oud and was sent the wrong one, and I didn’t like it at all. Nothing like SO. They sent the right one, and I just put the clear one in my drawer. Lo and behold it morphed into a beautiful light fresh scent that I find myself reaching for a lot. The longevity is not where I want it to be but it’s not bad and I think it’s getting better. I really like it. The other Summer fragrance is Musamam White Intense. Wow! This perfume smells like something that would cost in the $400 range or above. It’s fantastic. It makes me want to try the brown one because it sounds great as well.When I hear people describe MWI it blows my mind because I don’t get tropical or coconut. I don’t get creamy either. I get a rather sharp but smooth not screechy not jagged, but a sharper, smooth incense like palo santo , cedar mixed with floral and benzoin . Truly beautiful. It smells really expensive. It smells niche. I don’t think it’s a safe blind buy unless you know that you like a strong, mature woody scent. It is definitely unisex, it would be so sexy on a man. The presentation is stunning. I struggled with throwing the beautiful case away but I can’t keep everything. I know some people think the bottles are too much and tacky but I love them. 😍 ME houses are producing such quality product with stunning packaging and for so much more budget friendly. The western designers are so expensive, the prices are going up and up. Much of the time the juice is seemingly weak and not long lasting and the bottles/packaging doesn’t match the price tag. I am not in the position to pay over $200 for a fragrance. Now, I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything. I haven’t tried Julianna’s yet but I haven’t heard anything but praise. Congratulations on making the journals! It’s a fantastic idea. I wish that I had one and had written down initial thoughts about many of the ME perfumes. Seeing how much they change is a part of this hobby that I especially enjoy. The only way that I think that you could improve this is for it to be spiral bound so that it can lie flat while writing. This is a fantastic idea. I was looking at my collection just yesterday and thinking how silly and frivolous and I should stop because no one needs this much perfume. Watching this video reminded me of the joy my hobby brings to my life. I love it. I love this hobby and I especially love this community. Thank you for the inspiration to continue something that I enjoy.
Oh ya and I got the journal, and the first entry was CA Boum by Teo Cabanel, a great warm weather fragrance, beachy. If you have not tried it you should.

Vert Desir is glorious for 30°C and above She by Alfreds Sung is an old one, smells like a perfumey interpretation of a shady tree after a tropical rainstorm to me. Dirty coconut is good, so is I Am Trash. Up to about 32°C, I actually still enjoy wearing pretty heavy perfumes, I haven’t made myself ill yet, but it might happen if I keep living dangerously.

I recently got myself Histoire D'Orangers by L'Artisan Parfumuer and its been keeping me nice and cool... and feeling fresh during this heatwave. Also loving Sunrise on the Red Sand Dune by Zara... It's an LV Imagination dupe and DELICIOUS!

Omg I would love this fragrance iv heard few reviews on it but I can't tell if they were being athletic & non-biased about it, there are so many content creators being paid to hype up certain things its hard to tell anymore.
I really love it. I just talked about it in my latest video. You HAVE to like watermelon though as it’s mainly the star player. It’s fun, playful but pretty darn sexy I think because of the cacao!! If possible, I highly recommend getting a sample though so you are not wasting your moola when it’s so pricey. I personally consider it one of my favorites for summer. 😀

I love either citruses like Light Blue or Acqua Di Parma Bergamotto Di Calabria, or a sweet floral like Prada Paradoxe. Because the above citruses don’t last long, I’m thinking about getting Qasamat Rasana by rasasi, with some woody notes in there.

Still Life in Rio sounds perfect for the blistering heat we’re having in Toronto. I normally like light, fresh, translucent florals for summer but oddly enough, on one very hot day of almost 35C, I wore a couple of sprays of Mugler Alien and it bloomed on my skin in the most intoxicating, sexy way. If I had done more than two sprays, I’m sure I would have 🤮 😂. I got on the elevator with a gorgeous man and he gave me far more attention than I expected. Think he was under the spell of my perfume 😅.

92 where I am today 😩. Going outside has me feeling like all the oxygen got sucked out of the air, it’s so stifling! I have Olfactive Studio’s Close Up, which is a gorgeous boozy fragrance! It smells similar to Parfums de Marly’s Oajan - like thick dense sweet apple cherry pie with some woodiness and leather in the background (tho there’s no leather note). It’s a great cold weather perfjme!

Yacht boy is back! 😂. It is hot and humid where I live so anything light, watery and fruity are my go tos. When it’s 90F + and super humid, I just wear body sprays.

I would stick with fragrances like eau de soleil Blanc or lemon centric fragrances.

I found the perfect D&G clone: Maison Alhambra L'impressio, it is stronger, has better parameters and is much cheaper than the original!

Two new ones I got to try in the hot heat this week were Cirque du Soleil and Mahni Cassonade, both very summery gourmands! I loved them.
Oh man..l'Interdit in summer is a no for me. I love my white florals but they take a pause when it gets hot and humid. These days I rock light stuff. Loving Al Wataniah Lazuli, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea (original), Hermes un Jardin en Mediterranee, Annick Goutal Ninfeo Mio, Zara Jo Malone Fleur d'Oranger. I also recently picked up Paris Corner North Stag Trois and Quatre and both are great in high heat. I do find that I like to reapply these lighter scents 1-2 times a day which is no big deal for me since I work from home. Thanks for the video and stay cool!

It's been 100 to 112 f. degrees where I am in northern California this last week and it sucks!!! I'm from Hawaii and it never gets that hot! I love cold weather!
