Lanvin eclat d'arpege for me was a love at first sniff, at first it was the purple coloured liquid, then sniffing it I thought it was an absolutely unique fresh citrusy floral I think is really underated. It's beautiful.

Same with D&G 3 L'Imperatrice, I love that fragrance so much. Another love at first sniff was Olympea and I know people like to bash it and call it a stripper fragrance but I just love it and wear it to work (sadly not a stripper). Also at first sniff were Gucci Bloom and J'adore, both wildly out of my usual likes but something about them just works.

Burberry Goddess is beautiful. I also love Kerosene’s Unknown Pleasures. Both fragrances are delicious!

What does MC mean?

I so wish I was a Burberry Goddess fan. The lavender in it is so screechy to my nose and it makes me so sad because it seems like something I SHOULD love. My love at first sniffs are: Nest Indigo, YSL Libre (and Libre Le Parfum and L'absolu Platine), Penhaligon's Quercas, and Replica Sailing Day just to name a few!

Was it you who searched for melon? I haven't smelt it but it seems interesting - Melon Kiss, Navitus 🌞

I love so scandal as well but it doesn’t last too long on me either

I feel like an old fuddy daddy grandma saying this, but, first formulation of Champs Elysses was a love at first sniff for me. I haven’t had a lot of those. CD Poison and RL Blue original formulation. Lattafa Affection. I have So Candid, the blatant clone of So Scandal and love it but I’ve never actually put my nose on JPG version. How close would you say they are?
