I'm the same way. During the winter I got gourmand fatigue. I craved fresh florals etc. Now that it's hot I wanna smell like sticky sweets from a carnival.

as someone that lives in a tropical country, believe me, sweets smell good in the heat (the non-cloying type of frags)

I have a rule that any fragrances that don’t last have to go. My collection is carefully selected. I agree Vanilla candy rock sugar is superb 👍

Hi Maria:) I am currently wearing Afnan La fleur Bouquet (I cannot stop- it is almost gone) but sometimes I also enjouy Lattaha Affection, Khadlaj Nuha, Zimaya Hawwa, Mancera coco vanille and PRB Olympea. I recently bought five new Al Wataniah frags and can tell that they are nice but need to sit for 2-3 weeks and macerate to reach the full potencial. Thank you for sharing your faves- I think that new Kayali will end up in my collection very soon - it sounds delicious!💮

I am enjoying wearing Remarkable People by Etat Libre d’Orange. It has an orange candy or baby aspirin (in a good way) note that I love.

Already splurged on two lilac fragrances this spring and now you’re making me want the une nuit nomade one. Lilacs are an emotional scent for me, too. I adore Lilac Path by Aerin and also Fragonard’s flower of the year, Lilas.

How do you like the black one?

I got to travel to New York this last week and found a Diptyque store. Came home with a 50 ml of Eau Duelle EDT and it’s so good. Also when I was in Boston I got to go to the Sephora at Quincy Market and they had the largest perfume wall I have ever seen (Midwest Sephora’s are small)! I was able to come home with Brooklyn Ellis Miami Nectar which is beautiful it’s like a tropical BR 540 and the Sol De Janeiro 59. I did want to come home with the Vanilla Sugar Rick Candy but they didn’t have any smaller sizes in stock and I was not going to check a bag coming home. It’s like what I want La Belle to me which I had to purge because it’s heavy to my nose, something in it doesn’t work for me but I loved the KayAli.

I'm loving vanilla candy rock sugar for sweetening up a lot of the warm spicy or dry spicy fragrances I tend to go for over and over. Something made me try layering it with Commodity Gold expressive, which I absolutely love but always seems to be missing something and now I don't know how I'm going to wear anything else.

This week I could not stop wearing Jasmine Wisp layered with Escentric Molecule 01. Sooo long lasting and I’d get beautiful whiffs of myself all day. I was in love with how I smelled this week! Nobody told me I smelled nice but I KNEW I did😆 And I love it when that happens.

Yes I could do that. It’s not a filter but the lighting is what makes my skin look so glowy. I may do that very soon. Go through all the products from finish to end. I feel like my skin has gotten really good in my latest routine. Thank you to mentioning it..:the majority of the products are affordable as well.

I love milani makeup! Their lipsticks are good too but sadly I rarely see them anymore. Even though I have issues with Kayli and performance I broke down and got the pistachio yum for Mother’s Day 🤭 I had the Khair and did find it close but not as creamy so I went on Mercari and got a pre loved one 95% full ( I wanted it macerated!) and it’s been a hit I must say! So try macerating the other ones ladies! I want Boardwalk Delight by Skylar soooo bad and coconut cove but I heard such bad things about them 😢if anyone knows of something that smells like boardwalk delight? Lmk 😊 I did break down and buy cloud 2 the other day.. it is much creamier than the first cloud! I wish the lavender was stronger so I add coffee break ha

I have! I like it a lot!

I did the same thing with my 10ml! First, I bought a sample, and I did not enjoy the pear at all. I kept the 10ml for 2 weeks before I opened it and decided to try it again. I ended up falling in love within 4-5 wears! Now I’m deciding if I want a full bottle- I’ve used 1/2 my 10ml.

@@mariza101_ I don't spray much because I don't like my fragrances to project too far out. So, I can't tell you about actual projection.Seems to last at least 5 hours with just 2 sprays. If you like a greater projection, I'm sure spraying more would make you happy!

Maria, I am looking for a sweet vanilla, but bubblegum smell scares me. Is it obvious in Candy Rock Sugar? Thanks for your help!

To me it’s got other things going on which makes it less vanilla and more candy. Have you smelled vanilla 28? That might be better for you as it is a more straight up vanilla fragrance. Vanilla sky is pretty good but it’s not overly long lasting. Another option would be cooked and cream from Clinique…but it’s not long lasting and smells more like a golden Oreo
