Midwest Whitetail

Midwest Whitetail

You can watch the weekly Midwest Whitetail episodes and the "made for digital" series Chasing November on this channel.

On the KZread Midwest Whitetail Daily and Regional channels we produce daily web-only shows that take you through the season with over 200 pro staff members located in all parts of the Midwest. The episodes are broken up by region and come out right after the hunts occur - on a regular schedule on the site. You can literally watch hunts that took place a day earlier.

Watch as we take you through the process of selecting the bucks we hunt, patterning them and then hunting those deer all season long. The deer themselves become the central characters - the stars - of this season-long drama!

    Few questions. With a Great Plains seeders what setting are you at with the rut greens? And I’m trying to order rut greens on monster buck but the discount code MWW isn’t working

    Trent what is up man. First and foremost, thanks a ton for taking the time to watch and follow along with Midwest Whitetail. I will reach out to Owen and try to acquire his exact settings when running his 1005NT drill. On the note of your code usage over on Monsterbuck, I just tried to use MWW at checkout and it's working. Can you please try that one more time? If you run into an issue again, message the Midwest Whitetail Instagram account and I'll do my best to help troubleshoot. Again, all of us appreciate the time you took to watch and hope you have a great week ahead! Chasing November Season 9 coming soon.

    LawsonhuntsSWVA, that's something we always talk about with ol' crabs. He was as impressive as impressive gets when it comes to antler but he simply stood in a class of his own when it came to sheer brute size. That clip where he's running and his muscles don't know which way to bounce as he chases that doe says it all! Thanks for taking the time to watch and have yourself a great week ahead. Owen, first thank you for sharing your trophies with all of us. You have been blessed to pursue these giants and blessed to have a passion for hunting whitetails! I always enjoy watching your videos whether or not your harvest a big buck. I know that Wolverine buck meant a lot to you and the memories you had with your dad will always be tied to that buck. Look forward to seeing what is in store this upcoming season! God Bless! Brandon

    bjmgolf3651, thank you for taking the time to watch the episode! Owen's set the bar as high as it goes in the whitetail world and we're sure proud to call him a friend. That wall doesn't cease to amaze each and every time we step through his front door! Truly, Owen probably forgets more whitetail related knowledge than most of us could hope to ever acquire. You nailed it on Wolverine, some bucks just mean more. We're right there with you on the incoming season and it'll surely be here before we know it! Chasing November Season 9 is coming in August and then it's off to the races... Have a great week.

Possibly, if Owen is up to it we may just try to get Lochness back up to the 2025 Iowa Deer Classic. Come by and say hello next year! Hopefully, we will have some new bucks from the coming season to showcase too. Have a great rest of your week! Chasing November Season 9 coming soon.

  • @MidwestWhitetailVideos
    @MidwestWhitetailVideos7 сағат бұрын

    Lois Buttray, heck yeah that is awesome to hear! You guys are going to love that thing. Do you plan to put that on a mobile trailer or up on a permanent stand? Either way, be sure to update us on how it goes from it this season. On the note of a chair, it's a really important aspect not to overlook for sure. In most of the blinds across the board for the team, the guys use the Platinum 360 Chair from Redneck. Between comfort and adjustability it really can be set to be comfortable in any situation. If you check out the link below, they are actually 27% off on the Redneck website. Thanks for watching the episode and best of luck to you this coming season! • @royguidry1311
    @royguidry13113 күн бұрын

    You only get one first year. Year one for me is a million cameras in every concevable location. Then it is about what you learned from your observations and camera info. You need to know what your census is what you are happy with and what could be better. Year two is always work on the negatives. Year 3 for me is reevaluate year 2 compared to year one and then gradually add improvements. I have never been disappointed with my properties where i have done that. I am not shy with a chainsaw but i always cut about 1/2 -1/3 of what i think i need too and test the results. You cant uncut a tree. You also can make foodplots bigger each year till you reach optimal size. The #1 mistake i have seen people make is too big plots. You can make plots nocturnal or so big they become unhuntable. Pretty good advice in this video
