Bella's First Bow Kill, Setting And Achieving Hard Goals
On this week's episode we join Mike and Bella Reed with much reason to celebrate as she was able to take her first ever animal with her Hoyt Kobalt this spring. Prior to this successful hunt, the duo made many sits between turkey and deer season last year where Bella cut her teeth in the world of bowhunting. Mike and Bella dive into all of the lessons learned, struggles along the way, and Bellas overall journey as she learns to become a bowhunter and achieve her goal of harvesting a whitetail deer in the future. Being just 12 years old, Bella demonstrates a respect and understanding toward the passion we all share and we all look forward to many more of these stories in her bright future. Wow! I did the same thing with deer that you did with turkeys. Hitting one but not good enough to kill it , and a nother thing we have in common, Bella, is we both are teenagers and shoot Hoyt bows.

I’m new girl dad as of august last year. With another girl on the way due this September. My wife and I both grew up hunting. I would love if my girls grew to have the same passion as I do for hunting.
