  I play Hero Deck and I prepare Plasma, DPE and Dark Law to stop them from playing their cards. But if I go second, I do my best to make them spend all of their effects until then I use Miracle Fusion to Fusion summon Wake Up Your E-Hero Or Trinity

  When I first started playing in tournaments I noticed I've gotten horrible hands against the same people then started final cutting every duel and started topping oftenly.

  So.... Maybe I'm not understanding something but has no one tried playing spright blue and 1 carrot, 1 red? Doesn't level 2 lock you and can be summoned on DBB for early nib counter or on yama summon one to either bait a nib or get a counter for it

  (Sorry this isnt relevent to the video was hoping someone here might have some clarity for me) I have a ruling that has recently become prevalent it feels everyone (myself included) is arguing on how it should be ruled. The card in question is Revealer Of The Ice Barrier which has the following text: While you control another "Ice Barrier" monster, your opponent cannot Tribute Summon. You can only use each of the following effects of "Revealer of the Ice Barrier" once per turn. You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 "Ice Barrier" Tuner from your Deck, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except WATER monsters. If you would discard, or send a card(s) from your hand to the GY, to activate an "Ice Barrier" monster's effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead of 1 of those cards. The situation is Player A has a Revealer of the Ice Barrier on the field with another copy in the grave and NO cards in hand. They attempt to activate the effect. And they banish the Revealer in the grave to pay the cost. My question is, is this a legal activation because they do not have a card to discard at the point they attempt to activate the card and pay the cost despite not paying it regardless. The examples people have given by the community is Guiding Ariadne, which I personally and many others disagree with because it is a continuously applied effect on the field and also not a replacement effect, it just dismisses the need to pay. The only cards I can find that should be references I also cannot find any official rulings on it which is Ursarctic Departure and Ursarctic Drytron which both have the following text on them: If you would Tribute a monster(s) to activate an "Ursarctic" or "Drytron" monster's effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead. You can only use this effect of "Ursarctic Drytron" once per turn. The ruling in question here would be for multiple of the main deck monsters that all share this line of text: During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 other Level 7 or higher monster from your hand; Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except monsters with a Level. So I guess the question that people don't know the answer to is: Can you activate a card with a cost, when unable to pay the cost if you have a replacement effect that is not a continuously applied effect such as Lair Of Darkness.

  Got a feeling they won't hit Snake too hard. Might do something with some of it's support cards. Not killing it outright, but just maime it a little. Leave it limping.

  9:18 I don't 100% agree on that, I think that's only true if you're dealing with FTK or turn skip decks (Dark World FTK, Herald Drytron). Droll is just good vs some decks, it's also good when there's a meta engine that searches. You can punish a deck that normally doesn't lose to Droll like Snake-Eye if they go for Fiendsmith stuff first. It also cuts off the Beatrice shenanigans with Angel of Blue Tears before they can put up a negate. Droll also just happens to be good vs the non-Fiendsmith decks rn too.

  Yeah the ocg limit of number 40 is an insane hit to the gimmick puppet ftk. I hope the tcg follows suit, as that hit doesn’t completely make the deck unusable but makes the ftk a non problem

  That limit did nothing, you can rank-up any level 8 into the C40, which is wayy more important for the ftk

  @@heinzpeterson the line of placing string counters to go into c40 multiple times was the main way of doing damage. Stop the cap. There are still lines to ftk but it's much more fragile and less consistent. The reliance on number 15 is immensely greater

  I think ostinato to 2 both does and doesn't make sense. It's a very minor consistency hit to the deck, and the deck would largely be the same. However, the deck feels like how Lab. Occasionally it'll make top 8, but most of the time it's top 64-32 if anything. I think putting Prospy to 2 makes more sense. Hurts more than just Melo that way.

  ban the link 1 fiendsmith card just like the link 1 SHS. ban beatrice cuz enough is enough and limit wanted+ash to 1 (flamberge and poplar make no sense instead). seeing the cards konami print even after certain banlists then it's clear that yugioh CANT and WONT ever be fixed by just 1 banlist... if you wonna fix the game then a complete reset and probably new master rules are needed

  honestly, flamberge's advantage is too strong for the TCG format. it needs to be banned, the rest of snake eyes can stay at 3. snake eye would then be and engine that can still be splashed into fire decks like Rescue ace and fire kings, without taking over every fire deck its put in(remember we also get the new fire king monster that makes pure fire king better). wanted to 1 is probably best, no need to limit witch at that point. also if reasoning should probably stay at 1, grass could maybe come back to 1 since its only really good for non-meta pile decks that ppl want to show off with. i dont think grass at 1 would be super impactful.
