no it's not. it's follow up mostly tbh. you almost never end with it on the board since the deck is trying to do the Zer'oll lock. and that needs a lot of bodies to even get to.

Ogdoabyss is a key part of ogdoadic, so it's probably been going up due to ragnaraika. It's also a non-targeting non-destruction board wipe, which might be a good meta call against yubel, since it can just send all the monsters and then let you easily swing for game

Vaduras Is surprisingly inexpensive.

Ogdoabyss is part of Ogdoadic Ragnaraika which is probably the best way to play Ragnaraika at the moment. Ogdoabyss helps raise the ceiling by being a board wipe and triggering Rikka Queen Strenna in order to summon Sacred Tree Beast Hyperyton for an extra negate. Some people prefer to use Aron the ogdoadic king instead because he requires one less tribute to get out but a random discard from your opponents hand isn't as consistent of an interruption as a board wipe and can backfire sometimes.

@@Gilgamesh-em6ru That's because the Rikka variant isn't a Ragnaraika deck, heck its hardly even a Rikka deck for that matter. Its just plant good stuff, also known as plant link. The deck only uses the Ragnaraika stuff as starters/extenders to get into their plant combos easier by essentially producing 4 bodies for the deck to use for link climbing. After that its all Rikka, Aromage and Sunavalon doing the heavy lifting and setting up the board. The engine is so small in plant link that we cant call it a Ragnaraika deck(5 cards in the main and 1 in the extra), otherwise it would also be a Therion deck because it uses an engine that's basically the same size(5 in the main).

@@darkgun3012 you can literally say the same thing about the ogdoadic variant. It's literally reptile good stuff but ogdoadic doesn't have extra deck boss monster so it uses generic reptile links and ragnaraika cards to fill the gaps.

Dragite is in the OTS pack so it makes sense why the Secret is the only printing going up. The secret rare looks incredible, but if you really need the card you can just nab the common from discarded bulk lol

I remember when Vaduras was 60 at release glad it went down that much tbh. people need to get this card before it spikes up. we all know Konami will eventually print easier ways to summon this card instead of only seeing play in Yubel. For the Ogdoabyss I don't know why that's gone up in price tbh. yeah it's part of the Ogdoadic deck and ragnakraika gave it a boost but for it to take this long for the prices to go up is weird imo. it's not even used as part of the endboard most of the time and more so used for utility and the crack back.

Yooo Konami, plz print new Evilswarm cards and maybe Burning Abyss support while you are it

the amount of ftks that exist and gain more consistency due to fiend smith is so disgusting. Konami importing the moon link 2 confirms they dont care and are aware of how cards interact to great unfun and unfair game states.

Varudas being so cheap is surprising considering how certain people buy out such good cards fast lol

about Ogdoabyss, maybe is because of Supreme Darkness.... people are hoping there will be ogdoadic support ?🤔

There will be a reprint of gimmick puppet scissor arms in animation chronicle.

I don’t think we will be in a tier zero format post INFO. The fiend Link deck can feasibly keep up with Snake Eyes thanks to fiendsmith.

Yeah you right. I think what Konami wants to do is release a bunch of engines so we can build different strategies and I'm all in for it. The game needs to evolve so we never get bored.
