    Alot of people keep their hands on their legs during leg presses because they wear gym shorts that arent booty shorts or skin tight and dont want them to droop down. Doesnt mean youre pushing.

    When I started my fitness journey in 2021, I was lazy, unmotivated and unhealthy. After having had researched dozens of other fitness pages, Sean’s videos (and two other pages) single-handedly gave me everything I needed to hear to not only get me started off on the right foot, but to be able to recognize and avoid the fitness bullshit people may inadvertently soil my plans with. Last semester I completely lost that momentum between family issues, increased degree work, and shitty diet/exercise choices, but I’m proud to be officially BACK in business, rewatching the messages my mentor has posted here that gave me the confidence to initially do so all those years ago!!! Thanks Sean!!!

    I got tendon injuries by following that don't do stretches before you lift and instead just warm up advice lots of these fitness people advocate for. I get less injuries by warning up a little, stretching, and THEN doing the lifts. Just because your muscles can lift a weight without stretching doesn't mean your tendons are also ready for that weight if the cost is a reduced amount of muscle pliability.

    Yea but the protein on Sean’s website is still $47.99.. only 7 bucks cheaper, not really enough of a price difference to justify getting on here and making a whole video talking shit about how expensive Jeff’s is. Also, Jeff’s product comes with 3 more servings per container, as well as 8 more grams of protein per serving than Sean’s product. Even if a couple grams come from the creatine, it’s still more protein than Sean’s product.

    Inplace of your intro, I wanna say I don't give a fuck about how much weight Jeff is lifting in his videos. I have been watching him for more than 6 years now. Only to learn the form and the way NOT to perform an exercise. He has knowledge and thats what I am there for. Also don't give a fuck about his titles. I think the real issue here is a few small youtubers who just want to spur up controversy and get clicks to grow their own channel.

  • @nitish2049
    @nitish20497 сағат бұрын

    Are you saying that smaller fitness channels are not worth listening to? Sean is calling him out because he actually has some integrity. By the way, his information on strength training isn't all that great. He tells people to breathe out before squats in one video and to do German volume training with 80% of your 1rm, in his pErFecT weight loss workout. If you still believe this is good advice, you haven't tried it. But please don't, i don't want you to get injured, or pass out.

  • @samulhydenstein8208
    @samulhydenstein82086 сағат бұрын

    Jeff's lifting advice is decades out of date. He has been the culprit of perpetuating bad lifting form in the past so many times. You know he used to advocate half repping on bench press, right? Can't go past 90 degrees bro. Breathe out on your squats. Balance on a bosu ball bruh. Stop nuthugging and find real advice from actual lifters instead of being a lackey for Jeff's corporate channel.

  • @nirbhay_raghav
    @nirbhay_raghav6 сағат бұрын

    @@samulhydenstein8208 everybodys old videos are out of date with current science. That does not make him a corporate influencer. His area is actually physiotherapy and he has adequate if not more than most people on how to perform an exercise. Atleast for many of the exercises. As for the breath out during squat I haven't seen that one. And I am not blindly following him. He has videos on how does muscle building actually work and how each exercise targets different groups and what NOT to do. If Sean or any other channel has that content with equal quality I would be watching them. I dkn't care to waste my time learning things from a channel whose sole watchbase is due to a video calling out Jeff or any other channel. Its easy to pick out older videos and debunk them. Give your own training program rather than spending time debunking everyone else. I do like Jeremy's channel which I think is worth my time and even his programs.
