  thank you for this video. i am 23 years old obtaining a sponsorship through my local police department to attend our BLET program. This video has given me tremendous insight & the ability to prepare myself "somewhat" for my training.   I’m a little conflicted to be honest on the collab… When Michelle goes in on these challenges on her own she’s always respectful, attentive, focused, and puts her whole self forward… with these other creators joining, I found her to be a little too focused on the other creators, not listening to the man leading the ship, goofing off, not taking the tasks seriously and putting her whole self towards it. It made me a little disappointed I won’t lie. I love seeing her respect peoples craft no matter what it is.. This felt detached from that. Now don’t come for me yall … that’s my opinion
