Hey everyone! If you’re seeing this video for the 2nd time - we had an issue where the video was suppressed and not visible to anyone outside the United States :( ! So, we had to re-upload to make sure everyone could watch. I apologize if you got a 2nd notification and thank you for checking it out again :) Hope you are having a fantastic start to 2022!

Professional athletes with that kind of money to spare have been "training" with mental coaches for quite some time now. The positive impact on performance by the athlete's psyche is relatively well understood by now. At the same time, most of them are also not doctors and don't have the desire to be - so they probably just internalized that "encouragement, even if fake, leads to better performance", even if they don't fully understand how it can feel fake and still work.

As a woman, training like this, you could feel like you couldn't do as much because society makes football seem like such a male dominated sport. Even growing up, trying to play football with the boys i knew, they would make fun of me and say girls can't play football. But i really appreciated the way these coaches were able to really teach rather than tear her down. Watching Michelle and these coaches communicate made me smile knowing that they don't even care that she is a woman, they are just connecting over the game.

As a former football coach, you really got out there after it! As w/ all your videos taking on new skills, this was really impressive. Wearing full pads and a helmet your first time out is not at all easy. That's really a learned a skill. People don't realize how much more difficult it makes the game carrying around an additional 10-12 pounds of weight. Btw, if you ever have the opportunity to do this again, and you're in full pads and helmet, you don't have to worry about the ball injuring you. It'll bounce right off, and you won't feel a thing.
I’ve been smiling this whole time throughout the video, it’s so exciting to me and it looks so fun! You’re so cool!
One thing that blows my mind is that she's so naturally good at everything she tried so far

I always wonder if there's anything else you could even do because you've made so many videos through the years but you always come up with something fresh and interesting!! you are such a strong person, I truly love watching how you beat every challange
You are such an inspiration! You show how difficult all of these challenges are but also that they are achievable if we work hard. I have a challenge for you though. Study for the MCAT, the Medical College Admissions Test. The test takes 7.5 to 8 hours in total. That would be an awesome and inspiring challenge I believe.
This is definitely one of my favorite challenge accepted episodes!! I love how sweet the guys were with her, not condescending, giving her actually really hard stuff to try. She’s also super good at this, especially for being like 5’3”!! There is a common misconception that the NFL is a men’s only league, but actually women are allowed too if they can demonstrate all the necessary strength and skill. I really hope we see a female NFL player someday!! I am sure there are some women out there who could do it. I hope they do someday:)

I second this, and if you wanted to differentiate from other sports she's done you could emphasize the rules knowledge needed in a self-officiated sport and the spirit of the game aspect. Although the US uses observers, but still. But for real, enough with these ball sports. Let's get some frisbee :D

you're amazing michelle!!! love watching your videos
I kinda want Michelle to do hockey because I play at a club, and I think it’s a very undervalued sport that people don’t realise how much effort we put into it. You have to think about literally sprinting with a stick in hand, the ball has to be on your stick when running, there are people running at you trying to tackle, people are yelling their name at you, you have to have your eyes up and look for a pass and THEN you have to deliver a successful pass. And even after that, you have to run into more space in case someone needs to pass back to you, and if you do end up getting the ball (baring in mind you could only have a 10 second gap) you’d need to do all of those things I listed again. And don’t even get me started on scoring, short and long corners and fouls. All in all, it’s a lot of think about and it’d be really entertaining to see Michelle reach out to more sports. Btw I am talking about field hockey here, I’ve only played ice hockey once and I hated it and have no experience lol
Every video Michelle posts has so much quality. What a woman!!!
Its funny, she hits you with all that charm, that adorable laugh, then with all that athletic ability. Very cool

I think it would be really cool to see her try to learn something about a foreign language in about let's say month. Obviously she's not gonna be able to follow a conversation and be more than on the A1 level. But just to see the resources she would draw, online lingustic courses free and paid, a coach and finally like a challenge of trying to hold a basic conversation. As someone who went through the process of learning a language four times in different manners, I would be interested in knowing which she would approach, learning basic verbs to be able to express wants and needs, training pronounciation, speaking with natives, reading books, listening to language learning podcasts, youtube videos, etc.
