Wait... If the impurities sink to the bottom, with the Yeti cup method, isn't the bottom the part that remains?

If someone says they have a new Tequila from Texas, it’s probably Sotol that they thought was Tequila. Or they thought that since they bought it in Texas that means it was made in Texas. I’ve drank some bad tequilas in the past but now I only drink ones that are additive-free. Some people I know think I’m a tequila snob, but I’d rather take pride in knowing I can get an authentic quality product that’s free of additives that’s more affordable than the fancy “smooth” bottles that people go crazy for at clubs like Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul.

It's quite an imaginary thing, to believe that crap alcohol is what gives you a headache... Uhmmm NO!!! People can believe it so much that it actually happens, but alcohol is alcohol, no matter how you slice it, and the reason for a headache, is in most cases because of dehydration, the other is drinking too much, obviously 😋 There is a golden rule though, drink a glass of water per 1 drink, that should fix the problem 🙂

8:56 minutes to say "fill portable cooling unit with water, wait until half of it gets frozen, let it melt for 30 min, cut it" x3. Just wow. And how is spending 30 min for some spoiled man's ice, for ONE drink, considered lazy? "Ah sheit I hate cloudy ice, I can't live like this!" "My dad spends 2 hours of week making ice, because he doesn't like cloudy ice"

Instead of turning just the liqueur into spheres, turn the mixed cocktail into spheres. If you use 1 part St. Germain to 5 parts sparkling wine to make the spheres, then use the same ratio mixed in the glass, the spheres will be neutral-buoyant and remain suspended in the drink, rather than sinking uselessly to the bottom. Also, you'll have nicer results with colder oil and if you slow down while making the drops. Chill the oil in the freezer for 2 hours in a heavy pint glass. The frozen glass will keep the oil cold while you drop the spheres. With the thicker oil, the spheres will tend to float briefly, giving you time to squeeze 3 drops into each sphere, which will create nice round actual spheres that are a bit larger.
