Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

THE AMARETTO SOUR is a cocktail created during the 70s when cocktails were not great. Made in many place with amaretto and sour mix it doesnt taste great. Making it with fresh ingredients make it a much better drink and hear how to do it! Enjoy!!!

Great idea adding some sugar to offset the lack of sugar in the bourbon. I usually add some fresh squeezed OJ instead.. adds complexity and freshness, and is sweet, but not too sweet. One question I have for you: is there any way to avoid the "puff" of slightly pressurized gas that comes out after dry shaking with an egg white? It's not a deal-breaker, but it often results in some drops of sticky cocktail flying around.

I like the OJ!!! slowly let the gas escaped. a specific set of tins I use seal easier than most I use even kinda seal when I dry shake even though there isn't the normal coldness you get when regular shaking. But I separate the tins slightly so that the puff stays mainly in the tins before I totally pull them apart
