How to make a Pisco Sour the Peruvian way.
Chile and Peru has found over the origins of this classic cocktail! Pisco, the main spirit in the cocktail, is even up for debate about its origins. Be you own bartender and make this drink at home

2oz Pisco
3/4oz simple syrup
.5oz of lime juice
.5oz lemon juice
Egg white

    Hi, Chilean here. As far as I know, pisco was actually created in Chile, in the year 1727, specifically in a city called La Greda. However, at the time it was only known as grape schnapps (aguardiente de uva). The name "pisco" though, was created in Peru centuries after, in a city with the same name. So Chile seems to have created the drink, but Peruvians popularized it enough for people to start calling it pisco.
