found this chanel when the clear ice video came accross my feed. i think that this chanel is more under rated than the Maine. really good content and well delivered.

If you want to try another….drink called the revolver. Not my favorite but some people love and request it when they are over. It’s bourbon coffee liquor and orange bitters. Again not my taste but a couple people love it. Again cheers

Sounds interesting! I've never heard of cherry herring but it makes me wonder how it'd be if you used a wheated bourbon like Weller's or Maker Mark that has cherry forward notes.

It’s an old liquor that kinda feel out of favor also used in blood and sand and a Singapore sling. For me I feel wheaters get overpowered in cocktails with a lot of bold flavors. But you peaked my curiosity i have some extra cask strength makers that might do the trick
