Norwich fan here, but what a great manager your Don Revie was to you Leeds. Think you guys will shade tonights play offs, but not fussed if we lose or not. If you win then goodluck for the final, Farkes the man hopefully he'll be given cash to spend to invest in your team, unlike us at Norwch. OTBC!

What a time to be alive - early 90’s, me and all of my friends had the Amiga and our school had quite an impressive underground software piracy ring. 😂 Rarely bought a game, but played all of the classics and one or two duds too. What a computer, I miss it. Happy days.

Fred Dibnah is / was an everyday mans hero !! She showed every man that you didn't have to be a university graduate or athlete / muscular build to achieve great things in life ! His everyday work was a display of old wold skill / determination and simple pure grit that most men used to posess ! He had a wicked sense of humour and could hold a beer and tell amazing stories !! He is the type of guy most of us older tradesman in the building industry used to know at least one of . I admired this man from the other side of the world and watched as many videos on him and his work as possible . I will always be in awe of his amazing skills and consider him to be my hero . RIP Fred ..... 🙏

It is amazing that people like Mr Ionides have a certain ‘something’ about them, just like Steve Irwin did. It’s not just enthusiasm it’s almost a confidence of life that the animals seem to understand (for the most part). Unfortunately I had never heard of Mr Ionides before now and yet he seems like the kind of character that everyone knew of back in the day. And dear old Cliff Mitchelmore went on to sell us package holidays in the sun.

It's simply horrible what this man had gone through. Any other person who had lost his family the way he did, would gone off the rails. I'm happy to see that here he seems happy and well adjusted in his old age.

The good old days of the dawn of the computer age, when people were passionate about hardware and programming. Ms. Arrendale was hardly a kid in the days of this video, yet there she was talking about PCBs and electronic components for her projects. There were certainly not many young people who could take up this hobby privately, because personal computers were so expensive. But everyone who was interested was struggling to get their hands on hardware and be able to write their own software. Today, most people have no idea how a computer even works, whether it is a desktop, a laptop or a smartphone.

I've always had a quiet admiration for experts like Mr Ionides, with the incredible knowledge and skills in handling potentially dangerous wildlife like snakes, and their ability to teach and demonstrate what they know. Brings to mind in more recent years that our friends down in Australia gave us the fearless Steve Irwin. His genuine enthusiasm is still missed by audiences to this day.

The big difference between a woman and a man back then is that a woman can just marry a man that does all that for her so she doesnt have to live that life. One wage was ok for a family.

Engineering coupled with top line military service could make one a bit of a perfectionist. Trying to 100 percent do no wrong in the eyes of absolutely everyone, though, is a recipe for disaster. Can't please everyone. Certainly not today.
