MeditateWithRishi

MeditateWithRishi

Hi, I'm Rishi, a Meditation Coach based in London, England.

After a challenging childhood, I lost both my parents early, and at 21, that was a lot to handle. I resorted to a "work hard, party harder"lifestyle as an escape. Five years later, I knew I needed a change.

In 2016, I stumbled upon meditation, a practice that became my anchor, helping me break free from the grip of alcohol and other distractions. This was a pivotal moment.

Driven by the desire to share this life-transforming practice, in 2019 I quit my job and left for India to deepen my inner-journey. There I got to learn from diverse spiritual traditions, teachers, including a life-changing experience meeting the Dalai Lama.

India was a sanctuary for me to work through long stored emotions and learn how to pacify the resentment & fears that were deep within me.

I now help people who want to fully take the drivers seat of their mind & emotions & create a life of peace, compassion & service.

I have never ever heard the sound So Hum while breathing 9:03, are you serious? My breathing telling me what my essential nature is? In a foreign language? I do not see any need for a (powerful?) mantra or attention to breathing to realize that consciousness is all there is and therefore it must be our essential nature. As in any dream. I am quite amazed you do.

What should I do if I'm stuck at question 4? The worst case scenario has happened and could realistically happen again? Thanks again for the great videos, namaste.

Can anybody explain to me why, if this mantra is so beneficial, it didn’t protect the Tibetans from being invaded by China in 1959?

So, just trying to understand… If I’m aware of my thoughts, I am not my thoughts! But if my thoughts become my actions, I should keep my mind focused on what I want to accomplish or manifest, ?

Sir in nyaya philosophy video you didn't tell about god and god decides which form/body you will take. Suddenly you are mentioning that in this video. Kindly tell in nyaya philosophy with reference to relation between god form/body of our birth.

thank you :) i really like this thought, it resonates with me. as someone who's only beginning to get into indian philosophy, this to me sounds sort of similar to western pantheism. but it's so much older! fascinating to see similar ideas arise across different times and distant cultures... i guess it's cause we're all human, and all brahman. namaste!

As a matter of fact initially there was only Prana.....PRANA , LIGHT and GAYATRI MANTRA are one and the same.....PRANA + DESIRE = ENERGY (Shakti) , ENERGY + FOCUSSED ATTENTION ( Brahma) = MATTER.... So, we should emulate such process during our meditation time (Brahma Muhurta at Khumbaka state).....in order to create one´s own heaven on earth...because we are Brahma ( focussed atention)....Never ever we ought to forget such precious concept..

Is 4 am bhrahma muhurta in any part of the world? In India, sun rises 5 am, so we take 4 am as bhramha muhurta. If I am based in Norway and sun rises 8 am for example, then 4 am is still considered to be bhramha muhurta?
