    Hello. I wouldn't say better, but it is definitely good. Anything done with awareness becomes meditation. Having said that it's always good to have a daily sitting practice to form the habit of staying with awareness as well as turning inward.

    @@MeditateWithRishi Thank you for replying. Nice content.You've already helped my sitting practice. The reason I asked is because I am an aspiring Martial Artist and Martial Arts are considered a "Moving Meditation" I considered getting that meditative quality in my practice.
