It is a gorgeous piece, and feels Rembrandt inspired!! Full of character and feeling, controlled and intentional but yet still organic and relaxed. It pops right off of the wall and really stands out. Well done, you should glow with deserved pride, cherish it!

I just saw your video, love how your print came out! I will have to try alcohol inks on my Gelli plates.

Your work and style are fascinating and inspirational. Where do you get your stencil/mask? You said you made it - do you sell them?

It seems you haven’t made a video for some time - I hope you will be back with more. Not only do I enjoy your ‘experimentation’ and the results, but I love that you have no unnecessary, distracting music playing.

I just watched this wonderful video & I gasped at the end result. Talk about gorgeous!! I rarely subscribe to any youtube videos, but I just subscribed to yours. You have a lovely way of explaining & it was cool to share in your delight at the end result. How could one not be delighted with it? And, with the gel plate it is always a "one of a kind" result, never to be duplicated. Thanks from the west coast of BC.

Fantastic! I’ve always stayed away from alcohol inks, since I wasn’t too impressed with the examples I’ve seen using them on the gel plate, not to mention the added mess. However, your technique and results have changed my mind! Thanks!

This is absolutely beautiful. I recently purchased a gel platebrayer, and alcohol inks, and have it yet tried it. You have inspired me, though I have to say I never understood why we put paint on top of it but yet the print comes through. It’s a mystery… Can you please tell me what kind of white paint you used? Is that just Acrylic?

I have been viewing many gelli tutorials, and Juna is hands down the most brilliant and amazing teacher, mostly because she is an astonishing artist. most vids are great intro to gelli, but corny collage hobby lobby crafters (sorry) Thank you Juna.

That's cool! I can see doing that for an exhibition... sign it and place it by your work. LOL I think it would have looked really cool, too, if you had not taken away all the paint around your hand... just pushed down where your hand was only. Maybe next time! VERY cool! 🙂
