I started this channel to show people how to cook practically, with simple, health-forward recipes that lack nothing in taste. I have seen the many ways my diet has transformed my life over the last 10 years and I’m here to share with you my successes so that you, too, can enjoy better health from good food.

About medium works well if you let the pan get hot. You might have to experiment a bit, as everyone’s stove is different.

This buritto looks thick enough where its not going to fly out but if you tuck in the middle of the burrito it will seal better for more liquidy burittos.

Bro this is supreme, thank you very much. I did it with whole wheat flour and they came out great, strong and pliable. The dough just needed a little bit more water than the 270 ml (I just had to get my hands wet a few times while kneading).

I am trying this, this week! I’ve been adding cottage cheese to eggs for added protein but it has amped up the flavor and richness. Never thought about adding it to meat!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Thanks for providing alternative recipes for store bought ingredients. Most other countries don't have all that shit lmfao.

Are you letting them thaw in the fridge at least 24 hours before heating? This has been the best way for me.
