    I've been doing this for quite a while only I use chocolate protein powder and chocolate collagen powder. Very yummy. I don't use any extra sweetener because the protein and collagen are sweetened. You can also use peanut butter protein or caramel protein and collagen with a little butterscotch extract. Super easy and tasty!

I also added a touch of salt because my yogurt is a little sour and it balanced it out really well. I swapped out honey for stevia. Thanks again

I frequently add sugar free cool whip and whisk it up till its light and fluffy. Sometimes I use instant sugar free dry pudding or jello to make different flavors,instead of the cocoa & sweetener.

    Looks yummy - thanks for the idea! You may be interested in knowing that "Dutch Processed" means the cocoa is alkali processed, which creates milder (less bitter) flavor -- but it ALSO reduces flavanol levels, so it has fewer health benefits than regular cocoa powder. Also, chocolate can sometimes have high levels of heavy metals. According to Consumer Lab, the current brand with the least heavy metal content is the "Good & Gather" brand from Target.

    I've been eating a similar dish with greek yogurt (2% or nonfat) and whey (tastes better) or casein (stays with me longer) powder. I add in ground flax seed, pecans, various dried fruits, fresh blueberries, and pecans. Raspberry powder is great in it too. I also add creatine. It is decadent-tasting, very filling, and delicious, and has good macro for a high protein diet.

    Hey Ethan, haven’t seen your vids in a while, hope you’re well. This video had even more flow than your other ones, the improvement is remarkable. Good job and keep it up) However i believe you can do better than this if you structure your videos even more and give it a storyline, i already see you doing these but there’s a room to grow. Of course you get to choose your editing style but i believe you can brand yourself better and actually become a big youtuber, it just depends on what your priorities are right now, it’s either all in on your channel growth or posting as a hobby and not going insane in the long run. Good luck mate :)

    As always, I appreciate you watching and rooting me on. Thank you for the feedback, as it’s good to hear from someone who’s been there from the start. I’d like to hear more about what you mean with the storyline point you made. I’ve been thinking about ways to speak more on what I believe in the videos regarding diet and lifestyle, but I am afraid of making videos too wordy and bogged down by my opinions. I love the idea of telling a story, but how do I make a recipe video that is designed to be utilitarian into a story? I’m sure I can come up with some ideas, but I’d love to hear your thoughts, too! I’m definitely still wanting this to be full-time. The posting frequency, however, is at a hobby pace because of perfectionism and too much focus on numbers.

  • @ethanpaff

    I don’t really take a stand either way. Both have their benefits. I mostly choose the nonfat kind because I feel I get enough fat from my other meals throughout the day. However, if you’re eating yogurt for one of your main meals and not just for a snack, it might be better to opt for full fat.

    Yeah, without sweetening it it won’t taste right. You could experiment with mashed (over-ripe) banana instead of honey for the vanilla kind. That might be pretty good.

    I do something similiar but i use a banana/apple instead of honey because i hate the extreme swetness of honey😂

    For those who’ve tried this, does it taste at all like Greek Yogurt? I hate the taste of Greek yogurt, but I’ve attempted to use it in some recipes. All I’ve been able to taste in those recipes is the Greek yogurt, so they weren’t for me. Just trying to find a recipe that has it for the extra protein boost, but doesn’t taste like it at all. Thanks in advance!

    I don’t think it does, but if you decide to try it anyway and don’t like it, you can still put the Greek yogurt to good use. I’ll have a new breakfast recipe coming soon, which uses Greek yogurt - you can’t taste it at all.

    ... What do you think pudding is? This is Greek yogurt and protein powder

  • @creativesolutions902
    @creativesolutions90225 күн бұрын

    The title is a little misleading, since pudding is made with gelatin. Gelatin is also high protein. So basically, you’re making high protein flavored yogurt. Still looks extremely delicious and I’m still gonna do it, I just won’t be calling it pudding! Lol.

    Eating plain nonfat Greek yogurt and unflavored whey straight out the bowl is dedication. I couldn't. But anyways. I’m definitely doing this and adding walnuts or walnut cream. Replacing honey with a fruit flavor would bang.
