Hi Danny, you have helped me so many times with tips and recipes, it's time for me to return the favour. You should not dissolve the creatine in hot drinks. While hot drinks dissolve creatine very efficiently it also accelerates the degradation of creatine into creatinine, an inactive by-product. This process, known as thermal degradation, means that the longer creatine is exposed to heat, the more it degrades. So by adding it to your hot coffee and drinking it slowly you are basically not taking creatine. Cheers!

@@CleanandDeliciousDani I usually mix it with the yogurt that I use with my stove top granola (from your recipe). The granola is so rich in flavours and textures that the creatine is totally undetectable.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the "natural flavors" in the LMNT products aren't natural. It's a chemical compound that starts with an actual flavor, so there are artificial flavors in those products.

And the citric acid is MSG. Citric acid is one of the 50 secret names for MSG. A preservative. A neuron toxin to the nervous system. Companies think that they can secretly add this to their products. ITs deceiving I feel. This is my opinion. But most people do not truly know the ingredients.

I love your easy to understand and inspiring videos. I also love your mantra of being determined to feel better in the second half of your life than you did in the first. I'm already 68, so well passed my first half, but I'm always learning, and I exercise several times a week and do feel better than when I was younger.

Collagen and protein Supplements and crushed peanuts into a powder are all very different from processed foods. She does use whole eggs. She just adds egg whites to boost protein. Processed foods are frozen pizzas, tv dinners, canned soups, etc. That’s not what she’s eating.
Dani, you are 100% right. I honestly cant believe how since i started eating more clean, the more food ive actually been consuming a lot more food and its made me feel good instead of bad.

Chicken causes colorectal cancer and fatty liver and diabetes and comes from agritortured gmo sentient baby franken animals. Just eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and melons and berries and seaweeds and lentils. Read Dr Michael Greger's books How Not to Die and How Not to Age.

I have a loved one at home that likes to put every spice and sauce into their dishes. I love their enthusiasm and desire to cook but I often have to remind them that sometimes less is more. I love the salt, pepper and garlic powder tip! Great video!

HI Dani! Thank-you so so much for making this video! I was trying to find ways to increase my protein because I'm lifting more weights as well but I find it difficult to eat over 100g of protein a day. So thank-you for the meal prep ideas...I want to give that big pancake a try! I also like how you prep it beforehand!

Same! It definitely takes some thought and planning to get all of the protein in (at least for me, it does!), but I am feeling really good, so it's worth the effort. As for the pancake, I recently tried Kodiak pancake mix as the base (in place of the Almond Flour Simple Mills brand I was using before!) and I think it's even or delicious! So if you plan to try it, you may want to keep that in mind. Enjoy!

Love this video and can't wait to try the egg bake! I've bee trying to incorporate more protein into my diet as well. I'm transitioning from a plant-based diet. I've started to eat eggs, salmon, dairy again but I'm really struggling to get the requisite protein without weight gain. Appreciate you sharing your journey! Actually looks great! My favorite LMNT flavor is Raspberry. I absolutely love it.
Your recipes look really good! 😊 My only criticism is that you eat too frequently causing blood sugar spikes. Also, it would be nice to hear more about your workouts.💪🏻

Wow, I’m 48 and my son is 30! So Dani, I know we all have different lifestyles. I’m trying to increase my protein and I work an 8-5 job where I sit at a PC all day, but go directly to the park afterwards and walk until I finally hit 5,000 steps which takes about an hour. I’d love any suggestions on food to take on the go to the office. And I’m super excited to try that salty cafe mocha at work! Thanks for your videos ❤️
