Dear KZreadr!
I've been a full-time digital marketer and nomad for the past 12 years, generating 7 figures in revenue and traveling to the most exotic locations worldwide. Thanks to the World Wide Web, I was able to live in 12 countries, on 3 different continents, while generating 5 figures a month from my online businesses.
This channel is about nomadism, business, and investing.
My content is brought to KZread with one goal in mind and that is to shorten your learning curve. It is my vision to supply you with content that is up to date and working to the point where you generate the results you’re capable of.
In case you are not subscribed to my channel yet, I’d love to have you aboard, right here, right now.

Im a srilankan.can i travel to Argentina or Brazil with only with Paraguay Cedula?
can you just give them proof of whats in your bank account? I would be too young to have my government pension kick in.
The government is literally cockblocking foreigner men because we're superior to the local men. Hard pass! Also, why is it westerners always getting the short end of the stick? Both at home and often abroad?
"It's fun though!" Not for the guy!!!
So what's the deal? Are Australians rocking ant-eaters down under?
Sorry I think within South America, Chile is the better passport...that is my opinion
Chile is boring.
I would like to invest in Argentina. Can you please provide your contact details?
Wow you mean I don't have to be a millionaire to get help. Go where you are treated best for normal people.
eh! Paraguay is the best. Can you make more specials on the Capitalistic Nomad?
Hot as Hell for several months.
România is like Latin America America , but with highly internet , cheap flights , nice people and it is in EU and very safe
Are you here in Paraguay?
Hi! What’s the selling price on this apartment?
Mercosur forever! However, how do we determine whether Argentina or Paraguay is better for us? I like that Spanish classes are included in the relocatee package.
Australia doesn't require fingerprints for a federal criminal record check to use for emigrating from there. Can one immigrate to Argentina (or any other South American country) without having to submit fingerprints? I have an absolutely "clean" criminal record, but have a principled objection to surrendering my identity in that manner.
I think all Mercosur countries have this same NCM (Norma Comun del Mercosur). Brazil has always been like that as well...but then even USA is, as far as IACRA is concerned (especially after 9-11). Not sure if Uruguay enforces this though...🤔
Please Sir, send me yiur whatup number.
Really perfect, I just have a question, how long the temporary residence is for.. 1 year or 3 months. Thanks
Argentina is a great place -- it offers the very best for everyone. It's one amazing country.
Paraguay forever! 🇵🇾
Jejudo in Korean to Paraguay? That's a very long journey, but a very doable one for the brave and intrepid.
No one deposit 1,mil in a third world country. With half of the investment can get easily European PR Malaysia will never give you even PR.
Queretaro: Best city in Mexico to pick as a base
That is normal even in south east asia except singapore. Malaysia's basic salary is rm 1500 only. Ridiculous.
I got 2 dogs and 2 cats
Great video! I've started considering Argentina in March of 2022 and went there for 6 months in October same year. Been staying here since November 2023 onwards this time around. Mostly agree with your points, but for permanent residency it's important to know that: 1. US Criminal Records (and marriage certificates) have to be APOSTILED! This is VERY important! Apolstile can ONLY be done in the US, you can NOT do it in the US Embassy (although you could notarize documents otherwise) 2. ALL US Documents have to be translated by a certified translator and "legalized" by a State entity
"Imagination" thats a "polite" way to put it 😂
Tunisia . . . hard pass.
Fair enough. Honestly, I wouldn't live there either, unless Latin America disappeared from the face of the earth lol Due to the proximity to home, many Europeans find Tunisia attractive.
@@NomadElite I live in Southern Brasil. We are distant neighbors. I come to Paraguay from time-to-time. The way places disappear from the face of the earth is via the mechanisms that are playing out in the Eastern Med, Ukraine (East Europe) and maybe the South China Sea issues. I don't have any fear that South America is going to disappear from the face of the planet.
My Spanish is very little my English is very good. Every time I apply for a job here in Paraguay I get turned down. What am I doing wrong
How do you go about applying for jobs in Paraguay?
Finally.
Starlink...
For real?
As for stone roads, I have driven on one in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but it has also been maintained very well. I have driven on "unpaved" roads in Michigan, but most also seem to be smoothed out very well although you still need to be careful of the occasional dip. As for speech volume, Paraguayans would fit really well speech-style-wise into Sendai, Japan. Residents there also speak at a lower volume.
There are stone roads in Michigan?
@@NomadElite Yes, very close to the campus of the University of Michigan.
They do the phone thing in Turkey as well. You have to pay around $300 to register an outside phone or else it is blocked after a month or so.
Crazy
@@NomadElite I understand their reasoning. People were bringing in lots of iPhones and androids and selling them at a great profit with none of the benefits going toward local merchants or even the taxes collected. This put a stop to it. No one would buy an outside phone knowing it would be blocked in a month.
6:20 what??!! This is not true!!😅😅
What's not true?
@@NomadElite I feel like you are talking about another country. LOL, maybe some local area, yeah, the countryside. The same can be said for any country - people keep traditions, not religion. But if you go to big cities, people are more open-minded, and they don't care as much.
Who wants to go there with these dumb rules?
Yes, dude. Dubai is best
@@Hae3ro no this not the government rules this are traditions but a lot of people don't follow them Except the registration of the phone 📱
Many Europeans want to live in Tunisia. We created this campaign for them. I personally wouldn't live in Tunisia, and I have my reasons.
Why is your painting on its side?
Good eye It is copy of The Kiss by Gustav Klimt. I saw it in the museum in Vienna
Nos anos 80s muitos carros iam parar no Paraguay.
What are those laws?
Great question
PH has the most generous immi pkg & Filipinos are the nicest ppl group in the world, fyi im not Filipino n im not paid to sing them high praise, juz my truly sincere opinion,❤❤
The Philippines has been the most consistent country for sure.
So, what happens if I don't have to pay taxes in the US and have a residency in Paraguay and have to pay taxes there. How are taxes on capital gains in Paraguay if I start trading on a Paraguayan exchange in the stock market?
What if I don't have any income from abroad and getting residency in Paraguay. What if I start a business in Paraguay or trading in the stock market or such. What are the taxes for capital gains over there? Thank you.
If you're going to Thailand purely for the beaches or to visit the ancient Buddhist shrines, it is a nice place. If you're going there for the nightlife, women and starting a business, you are going to have a VERY bad time.
With second home program can do any business?
