It doesnt matter where in the world you live, if you are a USA citizen you will pay taxes to the us govt. You may REDUCE your US taxes by living aboard but it will not be eliminated. Only way to avoid/eliminate paying USA taxes is to renounce your USA citizenship and pay an exit tax.

You only have to pay the exit tax if you are worth more than $2 million or pay over $150k a year in taxes on average, so renouncing before you are rich avoids the tax.

Buy your MAXIMUS by relinquishing US citizenship after acquiring a 2nd flag and passport!

The worst how they go after the middle class for trying to make a few extra dollars on Facebook and eBay, etc.

FEIE is only beneficial if you move to a low tax country, Monaco is so expensive that the FEIE wouldn't make a dent.

It needs to be low tax and low cost to be worthwhile.

I don't like Saylor. He told everyone ETH was a security just to boost his BTC bags and to hurt his competition imo.

Hey Nomad Elite - these Canadians who CRA didn't want to let go of - did they move to countries that had a tax treaty with Canada, or are we talking territorial countries (which usually don't have a treaty)? I was advised to move to a treaty country so I could use the residency tiebreaker rule in case CRA gave me a hard time...

This is why rich people use the cloak of poverty to protect their resources from economic parasites, which includes Count IRS!

It depends on the magnitude of the crime, how many jobs are at stake, and many other factors.

@@jeremyleonbarlow even kings were arrested throughout history. No shame in being arrested. And since there's been no conviction, let alone sentencing, his situation is a poor example to the main point. Instead, consider the example in the vid, a slap on the wrist. And then factor in profile, status, amount, rate of convictions, sentencing on conviction. A vague adding up of these nebulous factors points to relatively low risk, and even if caught minor punishment.

@@NomadElite magnitude really is key, but even then, the punishments are coming in low. When one starts looking down to relatively low amounts, there's little to no enforcement.
