Five years ago Andrew uploaded a video titled “Getting Laid vs Getting Married: a Business Lesson”, in the video he claims to have helped over 80 thousand people who have applied for his services online. And recently he launched a video discussing the UK where he claims to have helped over 1,500 people only. Now I find these numbers don’t make much sense, since he claimed to have helped over 80,000 people between 2016 and 2018. I’d assume as his business grew he would’ve helped more people and not less. It’s the classic “fake it till you make it”. And that’s why you can never trust people on the internet, they always lie about their numbers.

Just curious why you think that a person has to have the same citizenship as the LLC? You can open a business in a country that you are no longer a citizen.

Bc if you renounce your citizenship you have to cut all ties to US in order for that action to be legal and valid. Now, this was opened and never closed. If he closed and then again reopened as foreign business entity it would be a different story.

I have heard Henderson's program. They explicitly say they are not giving advice, they say do your own research, but they are giving you their experiences and their employees experiences. They say this is our research. The issue maybe if the person suing was ever giving any kind of guarentee. This is common in the US. Good luck.

The contract they signed said the arbitration must occur in Hong Kong, so that's pretty simple, it's not going to be in AZ People should actually should read a contract before signing it and laying down $30,000 to a stranger. But I guess if you're going to use a service like that you have that kind of money to lose

Have you read the entire contract? You can't read the contract unless you pay for the court files. I just read the previews in the videos, which are free to view online. I've read the entire case because I paid for the files, including all the pages covering the contract that was signed.

As I see it the legalities of this case are pretty complex as it usually is with contract law. On the other hand such lawsuits aren’t uncommon in the business world. There will always be somebody claiming to be wronged. Nice that you made the effort to search for that info pretty interesting for sure.

It sounds like a either an LLC for the book and audiobook or someone using the companies name pretending to be them. After everything I've heard of read it doesn't make sense that nomad capitalist would operate in the us and pay taxes when it could easily work with them remotely and have people FedEx documents.

I’m guessing Arizona is listed to do business with US clients. Hong Kong because he’s an international nomad. Truth be told people’s expectations living abroad away from the toxic USA may not be met and want a refund. It’s best to be an expat first and do your own research and what foreign citizenship services are available instead of relying on a popular KZreadr.

Nomad Capitalist has plenty of bells 🔔 and whistles 🤯. Nice 👌 looks with all those photos 📷 and videos 📹 of various nations. I did argue against him about The Philippines 🇵🇭. He traveled there and lived there for a bit. But, he did not stay there as much as me: at the time, I had 25+ years on him. Sandman put in a negative review 2 or 3 years ago. In his videos, he concluded that the business 👩‍💼 👨‍💼 🏢 advice was mediocre. Having incorporated not in Delaware, Nevada or Wyoming is questionable 🤔. The laws in these 3 states favor corporations. In my book 📖, Nomad Capitalist rolls 🎲 🎲 snake 🐍 eyes 👀. I would not recommend much business dealings with that company or Andrew Henderson. I am happy 😊 that you went further than Sandman and others.

If one listens to NC for information only that's one thing. Andrew supposedly only works with high net worth individuals but his messaging is clearly off brand. All of his associates are attractive young women, not likely skilled in upper level finance. It's a bit of a "honey trap". In my experience most of the top financial advisors are predominantly middle aged men, I work in Silicon Valley and that has been my experience. Yes, there are women but they are seasoned as well.
