I wouldn't say it's a total scam. Apparently having a conflict with one customer. If there was a pattern of lawsuits you might be right but I haven't seen that. I'm wondering since he lives outside the U.S. how insulated is he from such actions in the U.S.? It's very interesting that his slogan is "go where you're treated best" but apparently he doesn't mind doing business in the U.S. Seems funny that he's doing that when he has put out so many videos talking about the advantages of leaving the U.S.

If this doesn't convince you that NC and Henderson may be a scam, I want you to consider the people AH associates with, including the Tai Lopez, Doug Casey, the CEO of AirAsia and pro-CCP propagandist Cyrus Janssen. Hong Kong used to be great under British rule; it's gone downhill ever since the CCP took control of that jurisdiction. I'm most glad that I left HK.

@@NomadElitewhat is wrong with Doug Casey? He is an author and speculator. I'm not aware of anything dodgy that he did?

The whole thing sure does have the appearance of being sketchy and opposite to Andrew’s “goody, two-shoes” image he likes to remind us of regularly in his videos.

The hearing was held but a ruling on the MTD has not yet been issued? That seems odd.

I highly doubt that the MTD will be granted. Maybe a 15% chance. On the one hand, judges want to "clear their docket" but on the other hand, MTDs are often viewed in a light most favorable to the Plaintiffs. So unless it's a crystal clear issue, like outside the Statue of Limitations, then it likely won't get dismissed.

Also, consider who Andrew Henderson does business with, including Tai Lopez, Cyrus Janssen, Doug Casey, and the CEO of one, if not the worst airlines in Asia.

Not sure how international law works. What I do know is that the jurisdiction is set by the state in which the crime was committed. If the defendant traveled to Andrew's location that is where the crime was committed. If that was outside the US, then the response to the plantiffs MTD is accurate. Not sure if Andrew was doing business as and through the LLC and was not specified in the court documents. You'd have to take a look at the contract between Andrew and the plaintiff. Most of the time contracts do say where disputes will be handled. Whether the contract is voided by Andrews action of doing business through the LLC with that client, which could be possible, is unknown.

This happened to me once with an offshore lawyer who stole all my money and ended up doing nothing. The point is the business of getting rich people to evade taxes is a shady business. I wasnt rich and was young and stupid but in the end I stayed and paid my painful 35% tax. Im still rich now and feel good although i think my country is too socialist it usually doesnt matter if you're smart you'll still get rich. It makes me sick that rich people feel they want to impair their countries even more and won't even pay 20% tax even though they'd still be rich! Nooo. They need 0%. I call it ethically scummy to the max! Wish they'd close the loopholes or do better enforcement or have a minimum tax.

Why calling for more control if you are already complaining that this country is too "socialist"? I will say that is even worse than that. It is command economy. As taxes are in question, we need flat tax and no deductions or tax credits for corporate business. And of course like supreme Court ruled way back no individual income tax. But no president or Congress cared to protect that constitutional stipulation.

I was a client. Here's my $24K lesson from Nomad Capitalist. Yes everything you are saying here is true, the consultation is BS, the advice was useless, the contract was unenforcable, ... all of what you see here from past clients is what happened to me ... but the videos are actually good, and free, and the videos from the interesting experts he had one year at his Live event were great- Robert Kiyosaki, Ken McElroy, Roger Ver... its my fault for giving him the $24K, expecting that someone else could do this better than I could do for myself. I've used the free information to do my own research, and I've secured the citizenships and visas and properties I want. If you've been able to amass this kind of money, you can definitely do this yourself. Yes I could tell you how bad they were but I'm not a whiner and I have no need for YT exposure etc. Again, any person who has had financial success could see this coming, and I have and I did. I should have known better. Lesson learned. At least it was just $24K.

Kiyosaki? Get out of here. It is nice on the other hand that you acknowledge your fault for handing out, like you are saying "just" 24k. But bear in mind that this is a lot of money for some people. Are they naive and foolish for paying NC or any other grifter (eg. Kiyosaki) that money? Sure. But that is not a reason not to call scammers a scum bags.
