    Hello! I have a question! I want to be a footballer, at the moment I'm not in a team, but I train 3 times a week with the ball for 1 hour each training... And the rest of the days I go to Gym and I do cardio and fitness for soccer. How about, will it help me progress and to be good to join a team?

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootball7 күн бұрын

    I think that's enough. The main thing is to try to fully recover after training, do stretching, eat well and get enough sleep. You can reduce or increase the number of your workouts based on your condition. you can also practice some skills at home. Good luck!

    Greeting! Is there a problem if I train for pleasure and relax? I mean I do your channel training and because I love football, it makes me feel good and relax. So it's normal to train because I like it and I want to get better at football, even if I don't want to go to a team alone? I can in the future, but now I really don't have time. What do you think

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootball18 күн бұрын

    this is absolutely normal, bro. I think there are a lot of people in the world who train for themselves, for fun, without any ambition. For me it’s like reading books, watching movies - just one of the ways to spend time with pleasure. practice football the way you want it - try to do freestyle, practice hitting, whatever, the main thing is that you like it. and who knows, maybe this path will lead you to something more serious in the future.

    Iam 17 years old and I really want to join a football team, so I train myself to be ready (I take the training from you). It's just that I see players from that team where I want to go, that some smoke, and I fixed on my head that all football smokes, but I hate smoking and I will never do that! And that thought torments me. For example, when I train, I can't finish a workout Because I think I'm training, nobody will admit me to any team, because all footballers smoke. Please help me! How can you

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootball28 күн бұрын

    bro, that's not true, most football players don't smoke. It has been scientifically proven that cigarettes do not help, but on the contrary, they reduce your stamina. don't pay attention to it. or towards your goal, train according to your plan, improve and you will definitely find a team. you are young and have a lot of time - this is your advantage, take advantage of it!

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootballАй бұрын

    Hey bro, it's ok😄I think playing with a deflated ball is not very good. As for the type of ball, it doesn’t matter. On the contrary, each ball has its own characteristics, and the more balls you try, the more variable and versatile you will be. If you know what I mean.

    How is your weekly schedule related to physical training?

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootballАй бұрын

    Thanks for the interesting question, bro. As for physical exercise, I do 1 workout per week aimed at developing strength - usually this is a home workout with dumbbells; for leg exercises I use fitness bands. I work in a fairly energy-intensive job and don’t play professionally, so I approach such training carefully, try to feel my body and not overload myself. If my plan for a particular day is strength training, but I feel bad and not fully rested, then I skip the workout. If you want, I can write you my previous strength training or make a video about it.

    How to improve ball control

  • @ajaxsolofootball
    @ajaxsolofootballАй бұрын

    Thanks for the question, bro. I'll try to answer it. In my opinion, in this matter, as in many others, the most important condition for development is consistency and frequency of training. If you devote time every day to practicing ball control, you will feel the positive effect very soon. I can recommend the following from my personal experience: training with a tennis ball 🎾 at home: 10-15 minutes of doing some exercises - you can do everyday things while controlling the ball with your feet, such as wiping off dust while rolling the ball so that it is always close to you with you and at your feet. Or just classic training with the same ball or a larger ball, for example a size 3 ball is perfect for home training. If your conditions allow you to train often outside the home, then devote 10-15 minutes to this, ideally splitting the training into two - morning and evening. This way, muscle memory will develop better and training will be more productive. And, most importantly, try to do the exercises slowly at first, under control, at full amplitude. And only then can you gradually speed up execution. If you want, I can make a video about this. I hope I helped you a little
