Hello friends! I am glad to share with you my light football training after a working day. After work, I don't always have enough energy for high-intensity loads, so I prefer to work with the ball at an easy pace, improve my exercise technique, and enjoy interacting with the ball. This workout takes me about one hour and helps me reboot after a day at work. I feel a slight pleasant fatigue and go home to dinner and enjoy spending time at home.
