    Thank you for your comment, sorry for answering you late. My plan includes strength training once a week. I think this is enough to win fights on the field. I advise you to do 1-2 exercises for each muscle group so as not to be too thin. Conversely, don't overdo it in the gym. At the end of each strength training session, add 10-15 minutes of stretching to ensure you feel good the next day.

    My workout lasted about an hour. Due to a recent knee injury, I only did a few exercises, moving the ball slowly and under control. But usually training lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours. As for the number of workouts, this is usually 3 workouts per week with the ball and 1-2 workouts per week at home. What about yours?
