    I think it is great that you do voice over to explain the drills and also to practice your english speaking skills! Not that you need to but its always great to do so. Great vid!

    Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words! I'm still a little shy about my voiceover, but I'll try to release my videos with voiceover more often!😃One of these days I'll release my workout without voiceover, but I like to tell you about my workouts, with voiceover I can give more information, so I'll continue to move forward with this direction.

    Thank you very much for your comment. I'm still a little embarrassed by my voice and my bad English, but I hope over time the fear will disappear😄I think I'll release another video without a voice, but in the future I'll talk more often, maybe I'll do a conversational stream, I want to chat with you live, give you some of my football t-shirts😊

    @@ajaxsolofootball I am eagerly waiting for the upcoming videos. If you consistently do videos with voiceovers, your fear will disappear completely + it also gives more scope for advice. All the best for the upcoming ones.👍

    How to improve ball control

  • @ajaxsolofootball

    @ajaxsolofootball

    Thanks for the question, bro. I'll try to answer it. In my opinion, in this matter, as in many others, the most important condition for development is consistency and frequency of training. If you devote time every day to practicing ball control, you will feel the positive effect very soon. I can recommend the following from my personal experience: training with a tennis ball 🎾 at home: 10-15 minutes of doing some exercises - you can do everyday things while controlling the ball with your feet, such as wiping off dust while rolling the ball so that it is always close to you with you and at your feet. Or just classic training with the same ball or a larger ball, for example a size 3 ball is perfect for home training. If your conditions allow you to train often outside the home, then devote 10-15 minutes to this, ideally splitting the training into two - morning and evening. This way, muscle memory will develop better and training will be more productive. And, most importantly, try to do the exercises slowly at first, under control, at full amplitude. And only then can you gradually speed up execution. If you want, I can make a video about this. I hope I helped you a little

    How is your weekly schedule related to physical training?

  • @ajaxsolofootball

    Thanks for the interesting question, bro. As for physical exercise, I do 1 workout per week aimed at developing strength - usually this is a home workout with dumbbells; for leg exercises I use fitness bands. I work in a fairly energy-intensive job and don’t play professionally, so I approach such training carefully, try to feel my body and not overload myself. If my plan for a particular day is strength training, but I feel bad and not fully rested, then I skip the workout. If you want, I can write you my previous strength training or make a video about it.

    Have you played football in the past? At what level? Have you been on a team? Because I see you have the sense of the ball

    Yes, I played at a pretty good level, but at the age of 15. I played for the local team. But a lot of time has passed since then and, one might say, I’m starting everything from scratch.
