    Hello! I have a question! I want to be a footballer, at the moment I'm not in a team, but I train 3 times a week with the ball for 1 hour each training... And the rest of the days I go to Gym and I do cardio and fitness for soccer. How about, will it help me progress and to be good to join a team?

    I think that's enough. The main thing is to try to fully recover after training, do stretching, eat well and get enough sleep. You can reduce or increase the number of your workouts based on your condition. you can also practice some skills at home. Good luck!
