i wish they wld offer the heritage 2 rear top on all models that rear sun roof thing is cool
I finally got to see one of these new Rangers at a dealer yesterday. Nice looking truck except the roof line is to low. I'm barely 6' foot tall and I had to really duck my head down to get into the drivers seat. That shouldn't happen in a Ford pick-up truck.
Thanks for the good review, this made me decide to go for the s550 not a fan of that huge tablet as dash.
Nissan has a 2025 xterra in the middle east. Just give us that one.
They have a Terra but I was told by Nissan that it wasn’t to US standards
Middle East has one. Why can't that one just be made here.
Can you fit a 4*8 drywall?
SIDE BY SIDE prices are NUTZ! and The term payments are up to as much as a travel trailer. For a bunch of Plastic and Poor wear items these prices need to come down. They are in Automotive territory and lack the long term reliability factor is lacking.. A Used Jeep or ATV is a better option.
Muscle doesn't come in 4 doors and there is nothing wrong with 2 door short bed trucks either. Stellantis has been taking Mopar the wrong direction for a decade. They NEED to go back to the successful 1969 Roadrunner concept of offering, affordable, easy to work on, bare bones, no frills, with muscle under the hood. Simple crank windows, mechanical guages, ditch ALL of the computers and electronics that are unneeded. They need to simplify....................................................................... PERIOD
I bought a Ridge with the elastic strap on it (instead of the clip) many years ago and it has been nice. It began getting some cracks though. I bought a generic carbon fiber one with the clip off Facebook Market place a couple years ago....they are both similar in quality. Love these both over a traditional wallet in back pocket.
I ordered mine on May 26th 2023 and waited almost a Year for delivery. I ended up not taking delivery because of the quality issues. The windshield had a bad Fishbowl distortion on the right side and as you said the loose cover over the windshield camera and shifter etc. I really did not like the way it drove on the street and for me most of my driving is on the street and only about 10% unimproved roads in the North GA mountain. The truck did ride great, and the engine and drivetrain are the bomb but for the price I feel an F-150 is a better option. I felt the truck should corner better on the street and yes I did try sport mode I drove the truck 50 miles before I decided to pass on it. To me it felt more like the F 250 I had in the past regarding cornering and breaking it was just not as nimble as I had hoped it would be.
How's it in the snow?
Great question.. If they would ever start selling them we could tell you
Its the first year of that generation, it’s normal that it has some quality issues
LOVE EM ALLLL , Way sweet.
Come out west ??We'll see what she can do on a real trail .PS expect damage
We have wheeled out west.. It’s all fun
I am having issues with my leather seats in my 2024 mustang gt premium. Where the leather is wearing after having for only 2weeks & then the bottom of the seat not being pulled tight. Never had this happen before in any of my other mustangs. Anyone else having this problem?
22 & a 1.7 million dollar jet for the CEO. Invest away 😂
The new Tacoma doesn't have an engine cover either.
I think I'll use 3m extra strong instead of drilling 😆 🤣 amazing detail on the install.
The color is on another level. I love it man...the biggest bonus
The whole car seems cheap to be blunt.
You can't choose the black wheels like the 2024?
⚖️ Thank you for sharing your story, much appreciated . Good reasonable comments, I think the tires are that particular size for better mpg, nice truck, however, your right about sharing Information to negotiate possibilities, open communications is essential to enhance quality and practicality . Thanks for the moral support 🎵
If you get the apps, Bimmer code and Bimmer Link you can control TONS of options for the car with your phone, don't like the auto stop start? Turn it off permanently. Its crazy how much more you can control with the apps. Need a new battery? You can program it yourself with a touch of a button, every light, warnings off or on, the folding mirrors to the transmission, how much and how long the headlight spray jets come on how bright the lights are, how hot each setting on the seats, literally hundreds of things you wouldn't even think of or know you can set and change turn on or off, they are MUST haves if you own a BMW.
The start stop push button 1 for auxiliary power and push twice for off is something i love, sometimes i sit in the car and wait so its great to be able to kill the engine but still have full power.
You do realize that you completely omitted the step of latching the safe to the right side of the tailgate opening? Otherwise, who is to say anyone cant just bend the safe off from the towards the left. /there is a little silver bracket on the right side of the safe that you open slightly and slide into the metal openings in the gate to secure the right side. As far as uses for it...spices is so far removed from my mind. I see it as a place to maybe lock my concealed weapon while the top is down and I don't want to carry into a building, also a place to lock my keys, etc...
Yes we know and fixed the issue
My 2002 Xterra with 260k miles is still running as we speak. Drive it everyday. If they drop a new xterra I’m buying it!
The Nissan Titan was the only fullsize pickup that was reliable... What a shame...
Should I order now and get a 2.7..... Or wait 6 more months and hopefully get a pushbutton start. Or wait the 18 months and hope for a Tremor to get the Auto 4x4 🤣🤣
Thats a hard one.. I do feel like we will see a Tremor for 2025
Great review, Mate. Watchin' from Sydney, Australia.
How cool! Our daughters name is Sydney :-)
2.7 ranger tremor would be the sweet spot. Price wise compared to other trucks the build ypu did was great for a new truck. F150 configured the same way would be mid 60s I bet.
That's what I was hoping for. Maybe $3-4k less thar raptor
Great video. Looking at new one with low miles. Was wondering what stx means in an xl. The music reminds me of snow runner!
STX is a sport package which is standard on XL.
If the truck has parking assist (or the available option) it has to have the electronic shifter.
Heated mirrors are not available on the XLT.
About to buy one drive it for a few months idk gap my best friend maybe then sell it 😁
Premium price does not equal premium quality these days...especially in a FORD. Every manufacturer is making crappier vehicles that do not last as long, more tech, and charging a small fortune. Planned obsolescence.
The trucks are expensive because people who don't need a truck and don't use a truck for its intended purpose r buying them like crazy. Screwing over workers who actually use them amd need them. Just like u said people r buying these for family vehicles now and there drive to the office. If u don't need a truck don't buy 1 ,u all need to go back to minivans cars and suvs
I love my Baby Raptor! After only a week the only thing I would like to see changed is the position of the My Menu items. My Menu could be off to the side and the speedometer or tach in the middle in the line of site would be better. Or better yet, let us decide what we want to be the focal point in the center. I have adapted to the mini shifter. Perfectly happy with the wheel/tire combo (we have 35's on our Bronco). Kinda like the bump in the middle of the dash where the speaker is (guess that is why we don't all drive Black Model A's). Only pop the hood to air up and am amazed at all the things connected that make me smile when I press the go pedal. And the hangy downy thingy at the mirror is locked in on mine.
A battery bank for camping would be 👌🔥 with that bed power port
just started watching so not sure if you guys covered this already, but Ford killed off the Timberline trim for the Explorer this year. Seems like a good time for the Everest to come and have an offroad focus. If they keep refusing to give us the Everest, I'd be happy with a Bronco with a solid, non-removeable top.
Will it fit 35s?
With some minor adjustments
SIGN ME UP....
28 ???? I am lucky to get 18
Consumer Reports now has competition....
lol
I set my favorite button to Quiet exhaust for quick switches. If I’m rolling through Pleasantville I don’t want the old timers cursing at me!!
You forgot 1 Bad thing..................................................PRICE but i guess that includes ever truck now.
Where are the three raptor lights?
The truck is t wide enough to require them but I wish Ford still added them
Do you mind me asking if you paid a dealer markup of $10,000?
We paid MSRP with Brighton Ford in Michigan
