Definitely a miss for me I'm not all about the tech the big screens and the turbos. Will probably do well with younger generation buyers but as a master diagnostic technician we will have job security for a while in years to come with the turbos because nobody will be doing the correct periodic maintenance with these and see a bunch in our shops. My biggest recommendation to everyone right now if you're on the fence definitely by the 5th gen now while you can.

Happy to see the rollup window. It will have a Tacoma interior which is fine. It looks very similar to the 5th Gen from the rear with no doubt some Tacoma cues from the side and front. At 150k units or so a year they don't want to upset the apple cart. Generational change not a revolution in styling.

@@AllTerrainNation Agreed. Glad they had sense to keep the window. The switch to activate it seems to have moved to the roof area which is fine and easy to see and use.

Thanks for the video but I thought this was going to be a 2025 model? 2024 is still the current generation. If it is getting a turbo 4 that will be sad.

I bet 90% of buyers wil remove the '4RUNNER' badges on the rear as their first mod. Notice the swoll rear fender flares, more tire clearance???
