We are renovating an old French farm house using lots of traditional materials i.e. lime. wood. Tomette tiles and slate. We will be making as much if not all that is needed to complete the project like making the doors windows staircases plastering with lime & horse hair and hot limes. also taking you on journeys around our area in Normandy to local Brocante's places of history like very old Abbeys towns and villages as well as live chats and meeting local people and friends we have made, popping into other youtubers videos who have become our friends too, we will incorporating crafts we do as well showing how we do things like small cooking vids and Tracy's soft furnishings crochet and knitting projects my Bee keeping system and boxes I am developing and how I catch local Bees and keep to a completely natural system as well as managing our land growing food and lots more over the years coming so sit back and enjoy our journey as we build the channel for our subscribers to enjoy .

Hello Tracey and Budo, apologies for the late response, i"m down with a heavy cold. Guys i have roof envy, it looked amazing and once those velux go in, the light there will be amazin. Just over 4 weeks to go until wheels up, big week this week, interview for my visa on Tuesday and hopefully last surgery on Wednesday. Garden looks fabulous and sorry to see the apple tree gone but those chippings will smell amazing and great recycling for the garden pathways. I think the apple tree will be happy to be going back into the land. Love your work as always. Maybe some day we can talk to the neighbor and get a tour of his bocage. Restoring it is a big deal in France, especially in Normandy when it was torn down during WWII because it was impeding the tanks.

Now you know why the French love their walled gardens. Who can blame them? I've seen gardens and landscapes destroyed by deer. In my book, they rank right up there with rabbits for destructive impact on the local plantlife. The roof looks really nice.👍

I love the smell of fresh cut grass. I'm a property manager of a small apartment building, and unfortunately the owner has just informed me that she'll be putting in artificial turf in. I'm so disappointed, I do understand though, being in Southern California, water is sky-high. I will miss my grass and the smells and of course, the bunnies that come to have a good meal.
