  Rotating sites is important, I remember one time I was experimenting with the “tear drop” vastus medialis and couldn’t straiten my knee for over a week and the pain was intense. Definitely stick to the glutes, outer quads, lats, side delts, rear delts, and even traps are fair game. Rotation will limit scar tissue.
