Thanks for the advice champ. I got rid of my skin tags with a tattoo remover from amazon. I been out of the hospital from motorcycle accident for a year now. They put metal rod, screws n pins in mi right leg but this morning on the leg press i kicked up 420 lbs. I been doing 250 burpees a day before weights ,got out the hospital at 150 lbs. Im back to 185 lbs. Ive never been this solid. Youre an inspiration. Thanks again champ.
