Wow , didn’t expect this from Derek . Derek comes off as classy. There’s nothing wrong with being confident like Phil heath. But if you’re going to portrait a humble champion on Cam and behind cam u act different, that ain’t IT. Be you regardless of if the cam is on or off . Thats why I respect Phil , he was always himself. Very disappointed in Derek and he needs to respond to this .

That’s what I like about you Mac You always had confidence you had confidence that’s why you got into doing what you’re doing. You came in because you knew in your heart that you could bodybuilding even though you started late and you did other people get into it insecure to begin with and then they get to do some of the sports drugs. It gives them confidence, but once they’re off the drug like kryptonite, their confidence is gone they cry I’m skinny. I’m, insecure always keep it. You have a great weekend. What’s left of it?

Yo Mac, I mentioned it in one of my comments. The status of being the champ has made Derek very arrogant, it's been showing in the training videos with Hany as well. He doesn't realise that he can be humbled by Hadi or any of these guys at this year's 'O'. What he has said is very disrespectful.

Hi @themactrucc Do you remember when Derek first came up-(I think right after he received his pro card in 2017) He said something extremely disrespectful about Flex Lewis on his IG. It was a thing. Flex clapped back. I don’t remember his exact words & I don’t have the screenshots (!) but it was all over social media. He later apologized to Flex, & Flex seems to have forgiven him… But I haven’t. Had a real bad feeling about him & (those giant lumps on his lats!) ever since- and now the leopard shows his spots again!
