When I take creatine and I load up 10 grams a day for 4-5 days I can see that by the 5 day I look bigger and pumps are much better but I can never sustain that look the next day or morning when I wake up from bed, can you point me out in the right direction or let me know what I might be doing wrong , thanks bro
