I like this content! I’m not a bodybuilder, but I work out consistently. I do try to incorporate some of the methods though. When you say white fish, do you mean Whiting fish? What’s the difference between the whiting and eating chicken breast or turkey? You both mentioned it in regards to Samsons diet. Thanks 💪🏽🔥

Samson woild have looked 10000x better if his mrs didnt mess around with his diet and protocols! If they 100© let milos do his thing . I think he would have had at the very least second last year.
