Well..... nice video, but... oh mate, you are so far off the creation process - but its nice to see the effort you put in... and who says we only used one 303? ,-) keep up the good work

I just got a TD-3 and recreated these patterns on it, great way to get the hang of it! I really like the typical 303 "pwow" sounds you can hear around 1:54 but I'm struggling to get it as "fat" sounding, especially the attack part. I wondered what elements contribute to that sound (I'd guess the accent for example) and if it's just a limitation of the TD-3 vs the TB-303. And if using effects might help there, such as distortion / delay etc. I only tried it without any external effects so far. So I thought maybe someone reading this has some interesting ideas about this? :)

Unfortunately a long time since your last video 😢 If you want me to build you an altar - the 303’s from Basic Channel’s Q 1.1/II or Q1.1/IV, that’s a VERY tough one I know..

This is great channel don’t suppose you’ve tried deconstructing any acid ted (the pranksterz) he was really popular in the Uk during the height of rave days in the underground scene not sure if you have already covered any of his tunes

You're a legend for using these pieces of history in this way: permanently documenting how these songs were made, and making it possible for today's producers to recreate them. Very few people will ever own an original 303 or 909, but thanks to you, anybody can learn how to recreate this track. Respect!

"Acid Tracks" was the first Pattern i programmed on my own 303. It's such a powerful Pattern and one of the best ever, absolutely timeless. Legend has it that the "Acid Tracks" Pattern was already programmed into the used 303 before Dj Pierre and Spanky bought it from a 2nd hand store! ✌🏻+ ❤

Wonderfull video👍Gives nice hints. Although the synth-scene is completely ignoring beginners. I don't have a Roland - instead a shitty Yamaha. Roland also makes it most difficult to understand how their cloud is functioning. At least such videos give hints, which modules to buy. Nevertheless creating the lead, the strings and this piano is a pretty easy task. More interesting and completely unaccessible are those little sounds in the background. In this case this jumping squeaky sound. P. S. : I layered a flute into the lead.

What I have learned is that not all typically 16 steps have notes. I have a software 303 and ABL3X and the patterns can not be programmed in the same way as with the 303,TD3.Please anyone correct me if I am wrong..Maybe you could make some tutorials showing how to program these patterns into software versions (303 ,ABL3X,etc....)
