You can of course use the patterns for the Roland TB-3 & TB-03, Behringer TD-3 & TD3-MO, x0xb0x, Din Sync RE-303, Cyclone Analogic Bass Bot TT-303, Abstract Machines Avalon Bassline, Acidlab Bassline, Twisted Electrons ACID8 or AudioRealism Bass Line / ABL. The programming is based on the same principles.

    Nice, didn't hear this in ages. We performed almost on a weekly basis with Human Resource (Robert Johan, Jasper & Guido) in the Dominator days, hanging out together in the VIP room. No phones & people smiled & danced all night, good times.😊

    @@DuckTronic This made me order a MXR distortion for my RE-303. Long overdue. Do you use a noise gate on the 303, as the noise floor seems quite low?

  • @DuckTronic

    @DuckTronic

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@VNDM-MUSIC No, I do not use a noise gate. But you are right, the output is extremely quiet and the noise floor is therefore very high. Soon there will be a video with another pedal, which I also like very much and which is much louder than the MXR.

    @@DuckTroniclooking forward to that video. Please don't make me buy another pedal ;-) I like the MXR, because, halfway open , it's not too over the top, but still raw. Proco Rat for instance is too much for my taste. I used to pair my TB back in the day with a boss SD-1. A bit more aggressive but wicked.

    Man! Another great re-creation tutorial. Let me ask you this on the second phrase the last note in the original song after the initial attack does it start to pitch down a little on the decay? And I think yours actually pitches up a little so it’s like a mustache the tail of it goes up :-)

    Thank you! 🙂 Do you mean pattern 2 note step 15? That also goes up in the original. You can listen to the original at about 54 seconds, you can hear it very clearly. You can also load the original into your DAW and slow it down or let it play in a loop to hear it better. 👍

    Das sind ja mal abgefahrene Patterns :) Vielen Dank! Eine Frage hätte ich: Ich habe mit den Ableton Tools versucht ähnlich dem MXR zu verzerren, aber irgendwie klingt das alles nicht so wie es soll... hast du eine Idee welcher Distortion Effekt oder Plugin das so hinbekommt. Danke schon mal! Schöne Grüße, Christian

    Vielen Dank Christian! Es gibt einfach zu viele Hardware und Software Distortions... Ich verwende gerne das MXR (obwohl es extrem leise ist und man viel Grundrauschen hochzieht). Demnächst kommt noch ein Video mit einem anderen Distortion Pedal das ich mal ausprobiert habe. Da ich mich nicht mit Ableton auskenne kann ich leider nicht viel dazu sagen. In Logic gibt es ein Pedalboard (eigentlich für Gittaristen) bei dem ganz brauchbare Emulationen bei sind.
