Try the 1/5 scale motorcycle wheel. Larger diameter = higher top speed? And buwizz makes rc motors? That’s awesome because the lego ones are hard to find without stripped gears, and when you do they’re like $80. Personally I use a modified M motor with a 380 brushed from a RC helicopter. Direct drive hits 12,000 RPM on the buwizz ludicrous setting. Haven’t tested raw speed, but it’s enough to power an rc car alone.

22.5v is probably pushing the limit of the motors. I have had them pulling 20w and things heat up pretty fast. I suspect their rated for ~25w with an operating voltage from ~6-24v. So the average of 7.4v limited to ~1.5a would be well well within a margin of safety an longevity. Remember these are meant to be "toys" so liability and all. I would not recommend doing this if the motors are going to be under any serious load. If my assumptions are correct 2 packs like this could allow the motor to draw (22.5x1.5) over 33w which could damage the motor or worse a lithium fire.
