  Hi, interesting video. Can you address how (if at all) US citizens can get a prescription for and glasses for their child? Glasses are not yet available in the US so if there is a process to get them from another country (Like Canada) that would be very helpful.

  Hi Jerry, have you tried the Ortho K hard and soft lenses? If so, what was your child’s experience. My daughter experienced dry eye from both. We are seeking to perhaps start a group so that all can share experiences and perhaps lend some resolutions. We would love for our child return to the hard lenses as they are more effective. I have been reaching out to ophthalmologist in Canada regarding the eyeglass options. If I learn of any new developments, or the item Prayfully coming to the USA I will share … please, if you learn of any new developments please share. I’m thinking our next step is to travel to Canada

  I had ICL done over 10 years ago in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and have no regrets! Unfortunately, I also had to have PRK for my astigmatism, and despite wearing glasses or contacts now, it’s still better than the crazy thick glasses I grew up wearing as a kid! So thankful for the technology and physicians who are able to do these procedures!

  I wish I had seem this video before going to the eye doctor and spending 1000$ on progressive glasses :( I have 20/20 from a distance, but I cannot read very small letters. like size 5 on word.. I can read it, but I struggle... I think with over the counter reading glasses I would have been OK :)

  Still using the same V8 for my home! I bought V10 for my eyecare practice but I prefer the can-emptying design on the V8 😛 This is just my personal preference.

  Interesting video. Maybe needs to be updated as a 5th way now exists via myopia control spectacle lenses such: Hoya MiYOSMART, Essilor Stellest, Zeiss MyoCare, Rodenstock MyCon, and SightGlass Vision. It would be interesting for your view on how the efficacy of this method compares with the other 4 in your video. Update: just noticed you have made an updated video in your related videos links.

  I have chronic light sensitivity to artificial light not sun light. I have to drive old cars with old dashboards cause I can’t have digital dashboards, also I cannot have anything newer than the iPhone 8 because the rest give me migraines, I lost my car sales job 3 years ago because of this, I have been checked at the hospital but they couldn’t find anything wrong with my eyes…

  It's Very Sad That I'm Seeing Blurry Vission At The Age Of 27 . When I See Something And Try To Focus It's Become Blurry Within Seconds Even Doesn't Matter Where And In Which Distance I See . I Played Video Games and Used Mobile Overtime From Past 10 Years + And Now I Got The Eye Problem At So Early Age .

  It's So Sad That Maybe I Have This Problem In 27 Year Age Because Of Continuously Using Of Mobile And Playing Video Games Overtime From 10 Year + When I Look At A Thing Or Anywhere My Vission Gets Blurry Within Seconds If I Blink It's Become Normal or Sometimes I feel That Still My Vission Is Not Clear As Before After Blinking . 😞

  Hi there! Do you know why the range for the procedure starts at -3 diopters in Canada and the US but -0.5 in other countries such as the UK and Germany? Laser eye isn't an option for me unfortunately. Thanks!

  Doctor im 17yrs 😭 and i can see those white ring around my eyes does it effect my vision i don't know what to do im scared does i lose my vision? Apparent to past 2 years my eye sight lowered so bad... I use my phone so long is it the reason?
