I love sunglasses so much. My friends tease me for wearing them constantly but I love them so much. I love reminding them that my habit is beneficial to my health. In fact, I'm wearing them right now (even though I'm at home and the sun set an hour ago). I began wearing sunglasses at age 2 at the very latest. One of my earliest memories is being two years old and taking my mom's sunglasses, putting them on and saying "cool, cool" over and over again. I even wear sunglasses at night, indoors, and even indoors at night. It's nice to meet you! My name is Victoria!

I wear sunglasses year-long. I hate sun in my eyes and I'm paranoid of getting cataracts and macular degeneration. Question: Do all sunglasses provide the same amount of UV protection?

Yes! I wear sunglasses all the time. I wear sunglasses because I like them. Most people outside of my parents and siblings have never seen me without sunglasses, and that includes my boyfriend. Our first kiss was about an hour after sunset, it was deep twilight skies, my sunglasses and his eyeglasses clinked like champagne glasses. It was a cute scene right out of a Hallmark movie.

Hi, thank you for your informative videos. Are the sun glasses required all the time during outdoor time. Even for myopic toddlers?

Yes! We should all have a habit of wearing sunglasses outdoors to protect our eyes and the skin around our eyes from damaging UV rays.
