That's pronounced, fah- TEE mah, not FAT-a-maw! Gawd!! Have you ever heard of proofing your videos? You know,... Making sure the facts and pronunciations are correct? If you called your mom, Fatama, How far do you suppose she would slap you?

I tried testing my running endurance in extreme heat. BIG MISTAKE!! I was in excellent shape & ran a 5k every day. I was in Eastern Montana during the summer. It was hot that day, 106°F & I was ready for my daily run. I pulled into an empty rest area off I-94 next to the Yellowstone River. I decided this was a good spot to start running laps around the parking lot till I got to 5k. I pushed myself, but I barely made 3K before the blazing sun, heat coming off the blacktop & hot wind forced me to stop. I wasn't close to my car when I stopped, so I started walking quickly in that direction. I NEEDED to get in that car & crank the A/C & drink some cold water. Tunnel vision set in as I made my way to the sanctuary of my car that had all the windows blacked out with sun visors. I started to panic. I knew I didn't have a cell phone signal becasue it was too rural. The rest area was still empty execpt for me. I made it back to my car without a second to spare, with the tunnel vision was getting longer & more frequent. I started the car & turned on A/C MAX. To my horror!! after 30 long seconds, no cold air was blowing! Just slightly cool air that couldn't compete with the scorching temps outside. I knew I was in trouble. No one could see into my car if I passed out because of the sun visors. If I removed the sun visors, I would quickly cook like in an oven. I was drinking ice cold water, but it was hard to get down. I knew I had to do something & QUICK! I contemplated laying in the YellowStone River but I doubted I could make it to the shore before passing out. LUCKILY🍀🤞 I had just filled my cooler with ice earlier & I remembered the large ziplock baggies I carried to use as trash bags while in Grizzly bear country. I filled 7 or 8 baggies full of ice while the tunnel vision was setting in bad. I put a baggie on my head, under my arm pits, against my back & the seat, in my lap & anywhere else I could fit a baggie of ice. Finally🙏 after awhile my heart rate came down & I began to feel cool. I made sure I was properly hydrated & got back on I-94 to continue my journey. I noticed that once I got the rpm's going & hit 80mph, the A/C began to blow cold again🤷‍♂️ I decided to file the whole ordeal under "F" for foolish & never tried anything "Extreme" again, not even off the Taco Bell menu😂

  • @survivaldiary2022

A teenager is someone who is 13 to 19 years old. That is why I said barely teenagers, as they were 14 and 15 years old.
