  If it’s a cheap electric one yeah it’s ok. Superior gas machines need to rest on its wheels because fluids can leak.

  Wont stabilize well with 225+. Looks smooth cuz the dude is at least 200lb sitting on the bench to stabilize it. And pushing 135

  You shouldnt store your mower like that because oil will leak past the piston and into the combustion chamber and lead to you engine getting seized but theres an easy fix take out the spark plug and let the oil out and it should be fine

  Don’t want another controversy but-- the sliding bench is very similar to TYTAX’s sliding bench. Even the little ring connector and system to hold the hack squat pads in place is close.

  its probly not going to leak at that angle if everything is sealed the way it should be but dont start it up until the oil is level

  I am someone who likes the idea of a Smith machine reason being at my age my stability is not what it used to be so I think that would greatly help me while doing squats plus some of these Smith machines offer a leg press plate you could attach which could also be helpful.

  I had the stainless OPB with chrome sleeves and still sold it to get the fully stainless OPB. I figure I'll own that bar forever, so the cost difference is worth it.
