@@BasementBrandonpandas videos were the ones that got me starting down the home gym path. Fuck he’s cost me a small fortune living in Oz 😂😂
Really happy to see Coop taking the time to do some podcasts lately. Really shows his charm and makes you realize why his channel got so big in the first place.

Great interview for sure!
Awesome interview Rob. You have a knack for asking great questions and following the story through follow ups. Coop, it is great to get to see your personality and hear the story of GGR. You are an inspiration to many of us in the home gym content creation business. Great job guys.

That really means a lot to me, Kyle. Thank you, brother! This interview was a lot of fun!
Coop completely won me over with his response to criticism. At first I was too quick to assume the worst and listen to who was speaking the loudest and then realized he is imperfect like me. Wish I gave him the initial grace he seems to give others.

This was a fun one. One of my favorite parts is near the ends when Coop talks about his father powerlifting. Very cool personal strength history!

Definitely a great listen
Great interview, Rob! Would be cool if Coops dad made an appearance either on HGC or GGR! Sounds like there would be great garage gym training stories from the old days.

Hats off to both of you for a fantastic interview. Great to see the personality here and on the homegymcoop IG, and the throwback feel. That Ross reference... the adrenaline when he would drop a new video doing full weighted ab rollouts, sledgehammering tires, pullups in the woods... that was an OG pre-workout.
