After all the drama he has gone through recently (some of it self inflicted), all he should do is focus on the gym and the diet, take a break from social media and come back showing off his gains

Keep on pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and that confidence will grow 💪🏻💪🏻. Great questions Ruby, I think you did a good job making Jack feel comfortable in the interview.

Yo, really liked this podcast. I don’t think the haters would hate if they saw this podcast 🙌. But, Jack if you see this, I would definitely recommend powerlifting - I saw your 100kg deadlift tbf that was quite impressive for someone your bw. The good thing about powerlifting is that it is much easier to see progress. For example, u could increase a lift by 10kg in a month - however it may take you 3 months or more to see a big difference in muscle mass. Also, as powerlifting is in weight classes - u could become v impressive as a lighter weight powerlifter. Whereas when pursuing purely bodybuilding - u would probably have to put on 20kg of muscle to become impressive.

Man, this... this is what your insta has to be about. So relatable. The insecurity, lack of direction in life, not knowing where you belong. I know its scary, but this could be so therapeutic for you Jack, youre not alone with these struggles! Try to open up about yourself in the videos about training and nutrition. What are your struggles? What are you learning? You'll see how many people will reach out to you about recognizing all of this and thinking they are alone in this. Goodluck on your journey, i'll keep following you! We are all gonna make it!

You need to show more of this side on your social media...for some reason you've become incredibly arrogant, ignorant and a know it all when you've been lifting for 5 minutes. That's why you get so much hate, because of your attitude and your unwillingness to learn. Don't call me a hater, he needs to hear the truth instead of everyone treating him like a big baby.
